The location of this accommodation is terrific, but unfortunately this is the best thing about it. The view from the windows was great and the host was very friendly and made sure I knew I could call on them.
The accommodations were sub-par. The furniture was very cheap and the bed was hard. The blankets were quite rough and there was really nothing that made the rooms cozy or comfortable. It was not a place I wanted to spend much time.

Great location. Well equipped and spacious. The host was super friendly and helpful.

The amount of implements, and accessories available for our use. The friendly in person touch we received, and human contact rather than the usual corporate hotel crib sheet delivery.
Lack of aircon during a heatwave, though this is apparent once visited due to being a 500 yr. old building, and funky too. We did have two electric fans, and when one stopped working a new replacement was left outside our door in a few short hours. We were greeted by Yan a true gentleman, and ambassador for Alsace, he was more a friend than a accommodation employee, the extra mile is his forte.

Mr. Firer and Jan were very attentive, the location was perfect in little France (a room with a great view), and with a lot of nice details to do our stay very pleasant.

Perfect for a short stay with a small family. Friendly and helpful host. Characterful building
Guests should be aware that there is a LOT of activity on the square directly in front of the building. So great atmosphere, but you will hear some noise when you are in the living room (although it didn’t bother us in the night).

It's one of the most centered old houses in the downtown :)
Close to many highlights you want to visit. Very authentic. Very pleasant host, the house has everything one needs and even more. It was a pleasant surprise to see their bottle of wine and some snacks. Special kudos for period pads and curling iron for hair. I might not need them but it was a nice gesture of care. The area at night was quiet, so we slept well. It was also very clean.

Tourists will be around from early morning till late night. You can't enjoy the view from your window without getting your face in somebody's photo. The house is well kept but it's very squeaky. The pillows and sofa were quite uncomfortable to sleep on.

This apartment had the most wonderful location by the canal. Sitting in the apartment with the window open, with a glass of wine, was just wonderful.
Hosts were polite and helpful, they left us wine, coffee, butter and jam - thankyou
We had no complaints

Absolutely fabulous apartment in the historic La Petit France! hundreds of people taking pictures of OUR building as they strolled by! Christmas market literally outside our window! smell of roasted chestnuts rising from below! THIS IS CHRISTMAS! Yann met us with such a friendly host.

it was the best place that i’ve ever accommodated. it was in the center(near almost all touristic facilities). it’s so clean and has it’s own rustic aura. The home owner so thoughtful that espresso machine, fresh fruit juicer and so many other things have been provided in the house. Finally, Mr Nedjer was so kind and helpful.

Location was right in centre of Petite France with Christmas Markets right on your doorstep. Easy walk to train station, even with luggage. Apartment was warm and thoughtfully catered with basic amenities. Host was outstanding and more than helpful.
Due to popular location was noisy at times from people or delivery trucks but you expect this in such an amazing old town city location.

The apartment, in an old timber house, is full of charm and character.
The location couldn't be better. The view from the windows is the best in town.
Yann, the host, was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay.
Personally - nothing. But do keep in mind that it's an ancient building, with creaking floors, low doorways and such. All part of the charm for me, even though I banged my head multiple times :)

The location was in the center of everything. Yann, who took care of us during our stay was extremely helpful. From helping us book taxis and speaking to restaurants. He even showed us around where to eat during the first day. He helped with every question and help we needed during the stay.
No elevator but it was fine

The property had a fabulous location. It is very close to all areas and this area is very popular. The building is over 500 years old and yet it has modern touches. Everything a traveler needs is in this apartment. it’s very clean and comfortable. Yann and Marine are the most superb hosts. They take the time and effort to make the stay a pleasant one. One can really tell that they care for the property and their guests. I would stay there again and again!

nothing.

We love love LOVE when an apartment comes with the necessities like soap/shampoo, basic kitchen stuff (tea/coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper), and clean-up materials (paper towels, dish soap, trash bags). And this one came with all that and more. Also the living room looks right out on the canal and the beautiful buildings of Ile de France.
There is really nothing to complain about. The doorways are low, so you have to get used to ducking, but the building is probably 500 years old so this is nothing the owner can solve :-)

central, historic, pleasant host, well equipped.
Tiny toilet room, warm with weak fans.

The location was fantastic - in a beautiful old building right in the heart of La Petite France. We didn't feel the need to eat out as we could sit at the table with a view of the canal. Yann, who met us at the building, was very friendly and helpful. Having a kitchen was great - we could be independent and didn't have to join the throngs at the local cafes. The TV was fabulous - especially for watching the Tour de France!
It would have been great to have a washing machine and more comfortable seating. The décor is cheap and dated, but the location more than made up for that.

Location is superb and the half timbered house is full of character. Great river views from two bedroom windows. Literally in the heart of the petite France.

Wonderful spacious apartment in the old center of Strasbourg (Petit France). Friendly and helpful host and his assistant.
Great view from the window. Probably the best place to stay in Strasbourg
There was no such thing I did't like. Everything was great

Location, location
It’s nice for a short stay. A bit pricey though

The apartment location is very good, only 10 minutes walk from the train station.
From the window, you can see the Christmas market outside. Living here can rely on your feet to move to most of the attractions.
The room is well-equipped, includes the most important hair dryer for long hair! Breakfasts such as coffee, snacks, and jams are also provided. The host also kindly asked us to lend our luggage.
Note that the apartment does not have an elevator, but is located on the second floor. At the same time, we are very grateful to the host for assisting us with our luggage.
If I have the chance, I would stay in the apartment again! I would also recommend you to choose this apartment!
