Spacious and well-equipped apartment. Very helpful owner. Especially convenient location for going to Lerici by car.

We were 4 people and they assumed 2 of us will sleep on the couch from living room (without door) instead the of those 2 beds from a separate room. We joined those 2 beds and used the sheets prepared for the couch; it was good enough. It looks way better in the photos than in reality. There are no hangers in the house. We missed them especially in the bathroom. Walls and ceilings in need of a repaint. The double bed was not confortable, the pillows were not confortable.

The location is great with parking included.

The aircon wasn’t strong enough to keep the apartment cool. We had to open the windows at night to avoid perspiring at night.

The property is good, but the user experience could be improved!

The property was a good size, and came with a private parking. The property was also well maintained.

Firstly, we were greeted by no electricity in the property. While the lady in charge promptly swung into action, but it was not something you need after a 6 hour drive. It took about 2 hours for it to be fixed. Additionally, while the generally cleanliness of the property was as expected, there were some lady's undergarments left drying in the master bedroom. This was a big disappointment. And a couple of coffee capsules can be expected. There were some, but they didn't fit the coffee machine on the property.

The host was very friendly and helpful and met us at the property with the keys. We were able to park our car.
