Personal super amable. Hotel perfecto para Venecia

Camas muy cómodas. Limpio y luminoso. Personal muy amable ayudando con las reservas en restaurantes y taxi. El desayuno fue muy bueno. Mucha variedad y con opciones vegetarianas

Por poner algo. Está un pelín alejado de la zona centro pero hay varias opciones de transporte para llegar

Super clean and modern hotel

Clean, modern, spacious rooms Close to the Plaza Di Roma station where you can get a number of buses to and from airport but also the railway station where you can do boat excursions/day trips

Not as central as other hotels, eg still 20 min walk to St Marks Square and other main tourist attractions

Only book this for the proximity to the taxi stand, otherwise there is no rational decision why anyone would book this i

Was close to the piazzale Roma taxi stand so that’s the only reason I booked this hotel. Also because of my GHA titanium membership but they didn’t even bother recognising it anyways.

The room was small. Cleanliness was not great, stains on the sides of the bathtub. Also I found one bedbug that was biting me for 3 nights until I told them to change my sheets.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir konnten unser Zimmer nochmal wechseln, da wir mit dem Licht und der Wärme überfordert waren. Es wurde freundlich angenommen und ein anderes Zimmer für uns ausgesucht.

A lovely and friendly stay

Location from the train station, easy walk to main attractions, super friendly and helpful staff, big room with high ceilings, amenities, toiletries, cleanliness, comfy bed and pillows. We couldn't fault anything during our stay.

During the night, you can hear noise from the outside. People talking/drinking or people walking passed the hotel being loud. The sound echos, so if are a light sleeper bring your ear plugs!

Short stay in Venice

The breakfast is good and the hotel is near the airport bus/taxi station.

There is no rack to place the luggage and the bed is too soft. I also heard nosie (music and yell) even in midnight.

Convenient location for our short trip to Venice.

check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful when we left luggage with them after a very early checkout at the end of our stay.

breakfast area was a bit fragmented because of the geometry of the space allocated. Meant there was a lot of criss-crossing between serving areas when making selection of breakfast goods. No coffee machine (or even kettle and tea bags) in the room.

Loved the view of the canal. However, it can get noisy after midnight.

It was a nice week-end staying at Hotel NH Venezia Rio Novo

Nice location close to the transportation or every important tourist attraction. The room and the bed are comfortable. Our room was bright and very quiet canal view. Breakfast was an excellent Italian taste.

beautiful hotel

modernised and relatively new hotel clean cosy room with comfortable beddings had a junior suite and came with two double beds. and the washroom comes with two wash basins. comfortable with full length windows. we had another room with some views of the canal. bright cheery rooms which we like about 15 mins walk from the train stations. less crowded area so everything is so calm and peaceful great selection for breakfast. served so prettily.

Wouldnt book again

Although the hotel looks very modern! So my 1st impression was great. The food at the hotel was great. I can defo vouch for it

Our room at 220 had moulded silicone n grout in the bathroom esp on the glass panel for the bath tub, the room had a stench, and there was a lack of hot water on the room! The bed was not comfortable in any way shape or form and dont get me started on the pillows! Because we were there for 3 nights and I had unpacked I couldn't be asked to go complain as I'd have to pack and repack.

- Bathroom had a strong cigarette odor. - The emergency alarm was activated about 5 times during the last night. Could not sleep. - Wi-Fi connection was poor. Extra payment was required to upgrade the speed.

the location was good and it was fairly modern.

There were NO wash cloths to wash your face and no bars of soap.
