Strongly recommended

Quiet area,away from traffic fumes and at the same time a stone throw away from the beach. A very polite and helpful host, who promptly replied to all queries. Clean room with air freshener and access to table water(water cooler). A fridge in the room with optional drinks and kettle for hot drinks. Excellent kitchen facilities with coffee machine,oven,hobs, fridge freezer and sepatate seating areas for the number of rooms. TVs in the room and in the kitchen. A.C. . Natural well maintained grass area and stone patio for personal use.

Not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are quite a few tall steps. Price is going up,but this is general tendency for the area.

Superb

The room was quite big and fully equipped. Very clean. Modern furniture. Also, the host was very nice, ready to assist with everything. The distance from the house to the castle and botanical garden is approximately 20-30 minutes walking.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great value and very accommodating. The patio outside was lovely for having coffee in the morning. Staff let us check out late so we had time to see the palace and botanical gardens.

Excelent hosts, very nice yard and big kitchen space useful for laisure, new furniture in rooms an teastful decorated amenities, very good location, quiet

There is the smell from the canal pipes in one of the bathrooms, the ventilator cannot cope with removing the smell, but it does improve it. However, the bathroom is very clean, just the odor is persistent because there is no window/wall towards outside

The location is great, close to the main Balchik beach and to the promenade. The rooms were tidy and clean, the common space where you can cook and eat was spacious and the beer machinw was a nice addon. The yard was great for morning coffee and for kids to play. Bonus was that being Easter our hosts brought us some coloured eggs. An extra bonus for our hosts, they were very helpful and kind, offered to host our bikes over the booking time. Thanks again, will look to come and visit again when in Balchik.

Very nice, comfortable, clean room, cute peace of garden with sitting under the tree.

Might be one of best places to stay in Balcik

Great shared kitchen, everything was spotless, warm water at all times (not like a 3 star hotel I stayed before), quiet and relaxing. Great location, great restaurant near. Will definitely come again.

The host was very friendly and offered us all the necessary information. The place was very comfortable and had everything it needed, exactly like in photos and description. Location is very close to everything you need - beach, restaurants, shops, etc. We enjoyed the stay a lot!

good location, smelly bathroom

The room was nice and clean, close to Balcic promenade. There was a small yard in front of our room, with chairs to sit outside.

The bathroom, as many in Bulgaria, smells. I do not know why, probably the sewerage. There was no window in the bathroom so in order to diminish the terrible smell there was no other way but to open the door.

Perfect place to spend vacation

Great location - 2 minutes to beach, same to bulevard. Good and cheap restaurant just few steps from room. Spacious room with direct access to the well organized garden. Separate kitchen fully equiped.

Everything it s perfect . I recommend you all pick this.

in the room where we were staying we didn't catch a net at all, but if I went out on the terrace 1m from the room I had a maximum signal :)))

It is nice, quiet and peaceful place. Very clean. Location is super - just 150 m from the beach. The serving staff was at high level.
