Great room, location and staff, very pleased. Recommend it

Very pleased with my stay here. The bed was confortable, there is a fridge in the room, the room looks great and you have sea view. It’s great to stay on the balcony and just enjoy the sea. The location is great, very close to the beach and close to all the terraces and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They stored the luggage for us after we checked out and called us a taxi when we left. I would stay here again the next time, definitely recommend it.

Sometimes, in the evening, the water pressure was low and probably that’s expected if all the rooms are booked. It wasn’t such a big issue for us.

I really liked the position facing the cliff in Balchik, it was quiet in the hotel and the gentleman at the reception was very kind and answered our questions. The quality-price ratio is honest, you get what you pay for.

The hot water alternates, flowing very hot or very cold during the shower, which makes it an unpleasant experience. The mattress is not comfortable, you wake up with back pain. In the 4-day stay, the room was not cleaned, the garbage was taken out daily and towels were brought only once. Breakfast cannot be consumed, it was included in the price but we only had it one morning.

Very nice hotel for relaxation but forget about the breakfast, will ruin your stay.

The cleanliness, the staff and facility, you can book ( 15 BGN per hour/ person) the sauna and the jacuzzi and you can- have your private sauna/jacuzzi.

The breakfast was horror, two slices of transparent ham, two slices of transparent cheese, an egg, two slices of cucumber and two slices of tomato,a piece of white cheese, 25gr of butter, jam and a coffe. No juice,, no water, no nothing. Other choises: Omellete with bread and tomato...... Horrible. One morning one of the slice of bread was moldy, no stress from the staff for this. The problem is that the management of the restaurant is separated from the hotel, huge diffrecence of approach between hotel and the restaurant.

Very good

The location was great, just a short walk to the front. We had a problem at first with our room, but it was quickly solved and we were compensated by a free breakfast, so we were satisfied.

The staff in reception was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you very much to Miro for close interest about facilities!

Breakfast was poor that only options were omelette or sandwich. We weren't expecting open buffet but for continental breakfast should not be that much limited options. Spa zone wasnt clean that steaming room was smelling sooo dirty. It wasn't working, the temperature in jacuzzi was cold.

We stayed at one of the suits. It was very cozy and roomy. We had a great sea view. Staff was very nice and helpful.

There is no swimming pool, the room with the jacuzzi was cold.

I couldn't have breakfast, it starts at 8 a.m. (too late for me)

There was no place for my car and I parked near the hotel, not in front of it.

Great place, organized and well maintained

The room was spacious and comfortable, the interior was impressive by its fourniture, big and cozy wardrobe, cupboards with plenty of shelfs in the corners of which were in-built lamps which made storing my belongings there extremely convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, from the receptionists to the waiters in the restaurant. The food was so delicious, i really did appreciat it! The spa facilities were just enough for a good relaxing experience, however they weren't clean enough. I really like the option to reserve and use privately the whole spa center for 1 hour.

Nice family hotel on the seaside

nice location next to the sea with a balcony and sea view, nice staff, good value for money. Free large public parking nearby although can be busy during weekend.

There is no elevator so be ready to carry your luggage upstairs. Breakfast was included but limited to two choices. Boring if you stay several nights. Could be improved by proposing more variety, some fruits and yoghurt.

Near to the small beach of Balchic. Close to the walking promenade with restaurants. No so far from Queen Mary's castle.

Breakfast was at poor level. Only three predifined options. Medium quality level, small quantities. Caffee at the lowest quality.
