Bella struttura con ottima vista sulle colline toscane. Ottima la pulizia.

Stanza curata e con una splendida vista. Pulizia. Se fosse possibile, inserirei una minima colazione, vista la disponibilità della macchina del caffè

Muy bien en conjunto.

Habitación limpia y agradable. Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la entrada San Giovani, uno de los accesos a la ciudad amurallada, que es una auténtica joya.

Posizione

Siamo arrivati il 31 dicembre prima di cena abbiamo lasciato i bagagli al volo e via in centro x la cena, verso le 22 siamo rientrati in camera x poi riuscire x la festa in centro paese . Lì ci siamo accorti che la camera non era stata rifatta, asciugamani sporchi attaccati, lenzuola non pulite e letto tirato su senza essere stati cambiato. Abbiamo chiamato il titolare il quale con fare altezzoso ci ha colpevolizzato di non aver controllato prima la camera. Lasciamo perdere evito di dilungarmi.

Camera grande e comoda dotata di tutto quello che serve ci tornerei sicuramente

Camera spaziosa così come il bagno, arredamento elegante, tv di dimensioni generose, posizione ottima appena fuori la porta principale di accesso delle mura di San Gimignano. Nonostante la camera si affacci sulla strada provinciale l'insonorizzazione è molto buona

Il bagno ha un design moderno e come capita spesso questo tipo di arredamento fornisce poco spazio per appoggiare gli oggetti personali. Ma è un dettaglio perchè per il resto è perfetto

vicinanza con il centro praticamente a ridosso delle mura del centro storico.

parcheggio carissimo; unico problemino in merito alla doccia ma gentilmente risolto dal titolare.

Chambre sympa

La chambre est grande, le lit est confortable. Il y a une cuisine commune pour 4 chambres. L'endroit est juste à côté de l'entrée principale. Pour se garer aller au parking 1 c'est le moins cher 6€ la journée et à 5 min de l'établissement. Le restaurant il feudo très sympa, bon, bonne quantité et pas cher.

L'isolation Le petit bémol pendant ma nuit c'est qu'il y avait une famille avec un enfant qui criait très fort le matin très tôt ce qui nous a réveillé. Donc établissements très bien mais cela peut dépendre des autres locataires.

Visitare S.Gimignano sera e mattino (prima dell'ivasione di turisti 'one day') si è rivelata felice.

Considerando le difficoltà di parcheggio e di circolazione del luogo ben posizionata (vicino ad uno dei parcheggi a pagamento), liberi dopo le 18... Il centro a quel punto raggiungibile a piedi.

Il check in svolto in un posto lontano 800 mt dalla camera, difatti non presidiata da personale. Il bagno forse un po troppo angusto.

Loved San Gimignano and staying at El Feudo - will be back!

Big room with comfy bed and nice bathroom. Location within easy walking distance of town walls and right near bus stop. checking in was super easy at the restaurant and one of the staff actually walked me to the room on her way home. Elva was super helpful over messages about arrival time/check out etc. Also great to get a discount at their restaurant of the same name in the town. Recommend!

Adjacent road fairly busy/noisy in the day but fine at night once all the bus loads of day trippers have gone.

Just by the old town of San Gimignano

It's a great location, a little hard to find, but the owners where responsive to ohone calls and helped us find the location and get inside. The rooms are modern and clean. You have the necessities in the kitchen area, that is available to all guests. The discount in the owners pizzeria was a nice touch :)

After entering there is no indication that just outside the door there are two steps down. You have to go down them for the lights to trun on. So i tripped and fell and bruised my foot. There is also no available parking for the guests (only paid parking nearby)

Amazing location!!! Beautiful room!!! Lovely window with natural light and view!! Huge room and beautiful decoration! Classic and renovated. Very comfortable and clean. My room had a lovely view to La Toscana's Montain Landscape 🤩 It was nice to have a small kitchen to use. Not for cooking but to wash and cut some fruits in my case.

With the window open It was a bit noisy because of the cars passing quite fast. And there is a restaurant on the ground floor so there is some noice from there. But it closes quite early. So the noice all in all is not a big deal. The owner is the chef of a restaurant close by. The check in was in the restaurant. It was at 6pm, and when I got there, the owner was not there and the people working at the restaurant were not informed. I waited some minutes and then he showed up. He had a "chef" attitude.... Not a big deal but it would be nice if he is being late, to let the workers know so they can inform the customer, or at least saying sorry for the delay..... Also it was mentioned by written that the hotel customers would have a 15% discount but I only got 10%..... Not a big deal the negative sides, they were not directly related to the room, which was amazing !!!

Room is spacious with views over the Tuscan hills

Check in was very poor. The rooms are not actually located in the town, they are a 5 min walk outside the town perimeter. Upon arrival was told I could not check in until 18:00. Very poor communication

Staying was great! And the connection between Il Feudo apartment and Il Feudo Restaurant was a fantastic promotion! The restaurant was amazing, best tuscany food ever!!!

Side by side

The proximity to the center is perfect, unlike other small medieval towns. There is also a supermarket 3 minutes' walk away. Large, comfortable and clean room.

I'm sorry that for the price there is no breakfast. I suggest a partnership with a cafe/restaurant.
