Helt ok

Nära till stranden och bra läge när det kommer till restauranger, matvarubutik bla

Kunde varit mer städat. På duschväggarna fanns det fläckar av gammalt schampoo/balsam kvar, det var dammigt och allmänt ofräscht. Sängen va dessutom väldigt hård.

Na balkonie gniazdo ptaków. W mieszkaniu było bardzo brudno, jedzenie za meblami, pajęczyny, zniszczone meble. Jednym słowem syf. Wytrzymaliśmy tylko 1 noc, choć rezerwacje mieliśmy na tydzień. Budynek mieści się przy płazy, ale pod oknami walają się smieci i nawet widok na morze nie rekompensuje tego. Dodatkowo do pozna gra muzyka z pobliskiego klubu.

Udany pobyt

Nowoczesny obiekt. Doskonale położony tuż przy plaży. Doskonałe , bardzo wygodne łóżko gwarantujące skuteczny wypoczynek. Taras z widokiem na morze.

Bardzo skromne wyposażenie części kuchennej .

Great view, great location. The staff was very polite, welcoming always made sure we werent missing anything in our room. The owner 5 stars helped us with paperwork we needed for the border crossing on our way home. 10/10 would come back if I'm visiting Montenegro again.

The best in Ulcinj

Absolutely the best accommodation in Ulcinj... The location is perfect with a fantastic view over the length of Long Beach..Nothing was too much for our hosts and even when I left my glasses and case he responded quickly and said he would send them to me..I couldn't recommend this property highly enough..

Outrageous views and very friendly staff.

Outstanding views across the ocean. Located on the pier next to more expensive stays this was not the cheapest but in this area probably a very gooed price-quality rating. Host offered us to eat in his new restaurant about a 10-15min walk from the house. This was also a very good experience. Back to the room: very clean, kitchen with everything you need. Very friendly host and utterly clean rooms. Splendid views and short walk to the beach, would definitely recommend this place.

Something was wrong with the drawers, which fell a little bit down, apparantly this was newly made the week before. Altough this was only a small inconvenience which was instantly fixed by the host.

We enjoyd the stay for 3 days.

The owner was really kind, speaks english. Asked about what we need and bring what we missed (pan, brush, extra blanket, etc.) Everythink was clean and tidy. The sea view was nice.

The kitchen “corner” and kitchen stuff. You cant really cook or prepare the food properly. Not so many shelfs or furniture where to put your stuff. We missed some details like bathroom mat, dryer for clothes and towels, kitchen cloth. Mabye we would appraise to borrow of sun umbrella or electrick thing against mosquitoes.

The apartment was very spacious clean and new ,the view was amazing and the beach was 2 minutes walk from the apartment,really enjoyed the evenings staying on the balcony ,the owners were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place and see you again next year.

Disappointing

very nice view. this was the only positive thing.

rooms was not clean at all, not the floor, not the bathroom, not the kitchenware. The property shows pictures from all their rooms, but the truth is there are 2 kinds of rooms available. The one we had is a room with a double bed + a single bed, very crowded. This small room has no kitchen, it only has an electric hob for 1 pot and some plates. Owner tried to sell us the bigger room when we arrived, 50% more than the cost of the initial room. TV in the room was broken when we arrived, it was not fixed by the time we left- 10 days. there are no mosquito nets on the doors and window, so we could not leave the window open during the night, we had to use the air conditioning all the time.
