Localizacao e do atendimento do Jhonny. Rapaz gentil e prestativo demais.

Dirty apartment and misleading advert

Great location

Not a penthouse - rather a cheap and nasty attic conversion. The staircase between the two levels has no railings, leaving you at risk of an 8m fall, not fun with kids. We had no shower and no bath, as there was no bath plug and upon enquiry were told it floods if you put a plug in, so we just sat in the bath in the middle of winter and hosed ourselves. Likewise the fireplace is a hole in the wall you are not allowed to use. Place is filthy. Last occupants left remnants of pumpkin soup on the bowls for us. Couch has disgusting stains all over and a huge build up on dirt and grime in the buttons, we felt ick sitting on it. Staff are completely non responsive. Stay away!

Great location. Five minutes to the ferry to Djurgården and in old town.

The bathroom could have been cleaned up a bit. Some mildew at the bottom of the shower door.

Krásná lokalita hned u starého města.

Unfortunately, the accommodation did not correspond to the description, instead of 2 rooms and a living room with a sofa bed, there was only one bedroom and a living room with a bed. The sofa bed was completely missing. There were dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival.

Great location 👌 👏 But to many stairs to go up if your not young. It was 5 flights of stairs Don't bring luggage

The place was not like the photos on website Missing rugs and lamps and toiletries and radio No television Was not clean at all Left over food in cupboards You can not use the bath it over flows to the hallway Coffee machine did not work it was replaced after 2 days A total disappointment in this apartment and the price was way to high for it Was a bit disappointed 😞 Would not recommend for the price

Quite dirty property without soundproofing with good location and friendly staff.

Probably, only good location and friendly helpful staff.

Zero sound-proofing which makes it quite difficult to have some rest as you can hear everything from the neighbours’ apartment as if they were talking/partying in your room. Bathroom was quite dirty, especially the curtain. There also were some spider webs in the kitchen which could probably be cleaned taking into consideration the price and 4 star rating.

Very good

Great location in old town. Comfortable, clean accommodation. Easy walking distance to see the sights.

Took us a little while to figure out which door to use the code on when checking In. Other people said they had similar issues. No tv. Also it would have been great if the shower had a wall mount so you didn't have to hold it by hand

Beautiful location but apartment wasn't clean

Beautiful location and helpful staff

Wasn't cleaned properly and really uncomfortable beds. Saliva stains on the pillows, toothpaste spots on the mirror and expired food in the cupboards. More than half of the light bulbs didn't work.

Worst experience ever; advertised properties are inaccurate; staff unhelpful; do not stay here.

This was the absolute worst place we have ever stayed. We booked a three bedroom, three queen bed apartment on the groundfloor with Divine Living. We arrived super late after reception was closed so used the key code to access the unit. We were confused to discover that our unit was up 2 steep flights of stairs and then even more confused to discover that it was a 1 bedroom apartment with another bed set up in the living room. There werent places for all of us to even sleep. We called to inquire about this and were told that they couldnt do anything about it because it was so late and asked if we could deal with it in the morning. My daughter slept on two chairs pushed together; my parents gave up part of their bedding so she could have a blanket; we had to use my jacket for bedding for my son (they left a crib but no bedding). There weren't enough towels for all of us to even shower. We spent the ENTIRE next day waiting around the apartment (i.e. not exploring the city), calling and then waiting for answers from the staff Johnny. He was not apologetic nor did he seemed concerned--either that we didnt have enough places to sleep, or for the mix up, or for anything. He did say he would check to see if there were other units but only looped back to say (HOURS later) that everything was booked. Initially we thought it was just a mistake and we'd be given our correct apartment but we eventually came to believe that the advertised apartment doesnt exist in anyway. We left the unit that day, scrambled to find another hotel to stay at, and he agreed to issue us a full refund. But several days and several phone calls laters, we've still not been issued our refund. Our recent attempts to contact him show his number as being out of service. We've sent several messages to the property via Booking.

Far from being to be recommended!

It goes under " not happy": In the end I did not take the apartment as I had booked a 3 bedroom flat of 85sqm and was shown an underground apartment of 65sqm. Underground flats are common in Sweden. But on my booking confirmation, there was only the mention of a "erdgeschoss" apartment and not underground. When I refused to take the apartment, Johnny was upset and they keep saying that they did nothing wrong! Now I have paid over Chf 900 for what I would call a scam and I have opened a case with my lawyer. Booking has not helped at all in this matter. That ends my good relationship with this platform, unfortunately...

Exceptional

Amazing apartment in the old town. Parking was easy but expensive at the waterfront. Check-in was automated and uneventful. The small balcony is a plus.

No lift to the 4th floor. Not a problem as such but good to know to limit maybe the number and size of luggage...

Staff was good and the location is great. Heating system is good

beds are uncomfortable, bathroom upstairs and bedroom downstairs, too much furniture that is not needed, no TV, bad smell in bedrooms. There is spider nets in the bedrooms.
