Onder de rook van de vulkaan.

Net verblijf vlakbij uitgebarsten vulkaan. Comfortabel en netjes. Doordat we dichtbij de vulkaan waren konden we wachten totdat de route open was.

Geen personeel, alles via sleutelkasjes...

Nel complesso per me non vale la pena per il prezzo che ha. In cucina ci sono moltissime cose molto belle (tazze piatti

Vicina all’aeroporto. Grandi vetrate. Divano comodo, bella coperta di lana. Scaldasalviette e attrezzi in cucina molto alla moda. Dispenser shampoo balsamo e bagnoschiuma.

La zona non è stupenda. I muri e il soffitto sono un po’ rovinati. La camera è veramente piccola è un po’ claustrofobica. Mancano alcune cose nella cucina.

Very good

A rough fisherman’s harbour, surrounded by factory and warehousing type of buildings but these grow on you and have a certain charm. It’s a good base for visiting the main sites such as Blue Lagoon, Reykjavik, (hikes to) vulcano’s, Reykjadalur thermal river, etc. There’s several restaurants at walking distance. There’s a nice playground on the campground next to the cabins. The cabins itself are modern, fresh and clean, fully equipped and well maintained.

A bit small with a family (2 adults, 2 children), sofa bed was not very comfortable.

A lot of comfort and amenities with a great location.

Loved the heated floors! The bed was very comfortable. Liked the self check in. Liked the extra towels. It was very well equipped with anything a traveler might need. Also liked the blinds you could close everywhere.

Perfect

Great location, 10 minuets to volcano site, 10 minuets to blue lagoon and only 25 minuets to the airport. We also had an amazing two nights of Northern Lights literally on top of the cottages. We got amazing photos and we were able to sit in front of the massive glass window and watch them. It was perfect.

Super nice stay in beautiful modern cottage

Extremely beautiful mini cottage, well equipped kitchen, cozy living room with smart tv, netflix and seaview, super nice bathroom, comfortable bed - we didn't see anybody, because we had a late check in and very early check out, but everything was super simple and uncomplicated - we'd loved to have some more days there (we just drove through the south coast of Reykjanes, but it looked really pretty and worth to visit)

Comfortable room, easy check in

Location was advertised to be in between ocean and volcano, and technically it is, but it also feels like you’re in the middle of an industrial park. Industrial buildings all around with bright lights. Not what we expected. We found it was very expensive for a cute cottage in a location that wasn’t great

seeing the northern lights above us was just magical!

beautiful views, I asked months ago when I booked this if I could have a cabin at the front over looking for harbour as it was my husband’s special birthday and we got the one with the best view! Thank you again for this.

Very good

The cottage has everything you may need. The living room is nice and comfy, the room a bit small. It is close to the blue lagoon and the airport. Other than this there is not much you can do.

Price a bit too high. Despite booking really in advance we were on a cottage behind. I was expecting more from the view.

Disappointing and photos sell the property far better than it looked

Location was idyllic

Really poor value for money. The lodge was outdated, uncomfortable beds, almost like student accommodation. Ripped blinds, poor quality sofa bed. The property would be worth it if the quality of the amenities fit the way it is sold and the cost per night.
