Had to phone Booking.com to arrange someone to let us in.

Property needs a little work EG- Handyman to fix a few items up. Shower door did not open easily at all. Handrail in staircase is ready to fall off. Bathroom door handle is almost falling off. Toilet is not fastened to floor and is easily moved when sitting on it. Front door looks like its been broken into several times before.

It was pretty handy to everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The smart TV needs connecting. Someone needs to tune TVNZ 1 & 2.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment, with cafes downstairs and across the road. Fully self contained.

Size of apartment - it was very spacious . Emailed owners and got instructions for lock box for late check in.

Very convenient for a larger group just out of the center of the city.

Stayed there as a family and found it very good. Large and open with lots of light, and a large living room/kitchen. Close to the bus and other services, but quiet in the apartment. Close to Cornwall Park and One Tree Hill.

Entrance round the back by the rubbish bins, so not very obvious at first. Elevator was working, but a bit shaky - it is being fixed soon so maybe that has been taken care of.

Exceptional

The host was super nice and so accomodating. We loved the comfy beds and the light in the apartment. Very practical to be able to rent two places next to each other too. Will definitely have my family stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely apartment in an excellent location.

The apartment size and location couldn't have been better for us as a group working nearby. It was an excellent property and we enjoyed our stay there. The host went out of her way to ensure she was waiting for us at arrival, and was very friendly and helpful.

Only minor, but we couldn't find a plug for the kitchen sink.

Our stay was ok apart for the serious problems already mentioned.

Windows dirty, Spouting missing causing the rain witch was constant during two of our days at the appartment. to fall on our balcony witch kept us awake No downstairs heater, Bathroom under vanity not clean, Most importantly NO local TV channels available. The only TV we could access was You Tube.

Breakfast wasn't included. Location was okay for us.

A little bit expensive but we had no choice as due to a concert in Auckland accomodation was at a premium.
