Close to venue. Was a washing machine / dryer available

Photos were a complete exaggeration. Was tidy. Was clean. Beds were not comfortable- maybe use a mattress topper. No extra blankets, no electric blankets, heaters didn’t work, do hit tough if you were cold. Scribbles on the e walk from a previous visitor , only channels 1&3 available. Nil book / guide on how to use. Microwave- screen not working had to guess time cooking.

Never stay there again

Close to where I needed to be.

Pleaseeee read all the reviews before booking so you know just what you are in for. Stained carpet, Tv had a cracked screen, One blanket on each bed - middle of winter with only wall panels to heat the apartment, mind you the one in my room didn’t work at all so was a colder night for me. Oven was dirty with baked on grease. The mattresses were so thin you can feel each spring as you TRY to sleep.

Was good stay for the time being but wouldn't stay again.

The room was spacious and had a washer and microwave and kettle. Bed sheets were clean. Check in was easy.

The overall cleanliness was subpar. Marks on the walls and shades. Had a hard time with my bedroom door as it wouldnt slide across. The toilet made a constant dripping sound. The beds i could feel the springs. The shower barely dripped out water, no pressure at all.

The room was spacious

The tv did not work There were cockroaches The glass ranch sliders wouldn’t lock We had fighting and drinking and partying in the hallway out side our room from 1am to after 3am Car park was available but had to pay more for it, there were people partying and fighting in the car park. Felt very very unsafe

The other people who stay at the property were concerning we arrived to a scene that was violent with residents so it was the only negative part about our stay.

We did not stay. The place is clearly being used by gang members who sit out the front if the building. We did not stay at all and lost the money we had paid. I would never ever recommend this place, especially since drigs weee being dealt at the front door.

Big room

Bad smell in elevators. Seemed like a place for emergency housing? Incident happened, police there, blood in elevators. Brought parking spot and someone else parked in it. Place didn't feel safe at all.

We enjoyed staying at the MCentral Apartments in Manukau as it was a central location.

Close to some cafes and close to the airport.

Every time we went out at night and went to the car there was people hanging around the steps to the carpark. Cramped quarters in the bedroom. And a plastic chair broke while I was sitting on it.

It is a housing commission hotel. The reception is a work site. There were drug deals occurring downstairs and security guards chasing people with batons outside the door. Police sirens all night and the place was absolutely crawling with cockroaches. Worst place I have ever stayed in.

1 elevator not working. Shower rose not functional. Bathroom sink plug not functional. Building full of young kids making lot of noise, screaming foul language. Should be removed from booking.com

Great stop over stay for 5 Adults.

Good location, the rooms were spacious, the apartment was modern, 2 bathrooms was great and helpful staff.

The parking was tight and people took our spot. Otherwise it was good.

Terrible. READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING!!!

Good Location

We originally booked a two stay, had to check out early as it had bed bugs, there were children wondering the halls on drugs, there was blood on the intercom, there were police roaming the area constantly and it is used as an emergency shelter. AVOID THIS TOURIST TRAP!

Location 2 bedrooms, warmth, kitchen facilities e.g. stove, oven, crockery, washing machine for washing and drying clothes. Pantry & refrigerator.

No vacuum or broom or brush & pan. No little milk supplied with tea & coffees. Didn’t realise that the rooms aren’t serviced on Sundays.

I didn't like how I was overcharged when I got here, the staff were not nice, there was only 1 left working and was always slow. There was no tea or coffee which was a bummer also

Suited our needs!

The rooms were large and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly. I had ordered 5 parking places but only needed 3 and was given a refund without any problems. The apartments were in walking distance of the Mall.

There was only one lift which meant that we had to wait sometimes.

Apartments are new and tidy. Super comfy. Staff and service were lovely. Views from room are great.

Just other residents that were allowed to sit on the stairs (entry) and smoking and drinking and kind of Intimidating others. They need to post a security guard by the entrance and also people had parked their cars radically on the lines leaving it hard for you to park on your allocated spot.

It was very clean and reception staff were very friendly and helpful nice and close to where we needed to get to.

Realised that the bottom units are tenanted by some undesirable people who live there gave me Emergency housing vibes!!! If I knew this I wouldn't have booked this place. Also our allocated parking spot that was given to us was taken when we got back from Dinner so I had to go and inform reception he was helpful so gave us another spot.

The apartments were clean but we felt unsafe staying there due to the actions of people living there on a number of occa

We booked a 4br apartment which was unavailable when we checked on n so our family was split into 2 2br apartments. There were a number of occasions where we did not feel safe. there was nearly a brawl in the foyer where a large group of young people were arguing and swearing. We later learned that emergency housing was offered within this building.
