L'appartement est agréable mais pas de petit déjeuner alors que je l'ai payé !!

Le petit déjeuner n'a jamais été livré alors que je l'ai payé. La serrure externe de la boîte aux lettres était cassée. J'ai dû manipuler la box pour relancer internet après avoir appelé le propriétaire.

I really enjoy my stay in Annecy

The location was strategic and in the center!

The stairs were too steep and the apartement is on the top floor (5th floor). On the first day I came back my door was opened there was a cleaning lady that suddenly showed up and I was confused because she didnt seem to understand English. The wall is too thin I could hear the neighbor at night and it was so loud!

Surprise par ce magnifique logement très bien situé

Petit bémol sur la propreté … vaisselle à refaire et manque un peu de lumière sur le séjour .

L’appartement atypique la grandeur de l’appartement 2 salle de bain la situation par rapport au lac d’Annecy 5 minutes à pied le petit déjeuner copieux la vue sur les toits

Hébergement bien placé

Accessibilité difficile : beaucoup d'escalier et parfois pas très bien éclairé. Récupération des clés pas toujours simples dans un espace la aussi pas bien éclairé. Petit déjeuner un peu faible : rien de frais que des gâteaux sous vide - les dosettes de café ne fonctionnaient pas.

Great apartment in good location but with very difficult access.

Well located , nice apartment in the centre of Annercy Old Town.

When we arrived we discovered the apartment was located on the top floor of the building with no lift. There are five or six flights of stairs , 72 steps in total and some are steep and narrow without handrails. The apartment is nice and would have been great to stay in but lugging bags etc up 72 steps is not easy. We could not stay there as my wife almost fell down the first and only time she walked down the stairs. If you are young and fit with no bags then it might suit you. If you are middle aged with luggage then it would be difficult to go up and down to the apartment each time.

Nice base to explore Annecy!

Very close to all the tourist attractions. Can walk almost everywhere! The stove top works very well and the supermarket is just around the corner!!

The little fridge took a long time to get food chilled. Once it’s going it’s okay.

1. The description said "queen bed" and had a sofa bed. 2. The room was super dirty and had spider webs on the ceiling. 3. There was no A/C. It was a joke. We just left and went to a hotel

Did not meet what we expected to get…

Central location, good price for the location Annecy,

Expectations were misleading by images placed on Booking.com. Owner has different apartments but presents only the largest one, even in the booking confirmation and here on the feedback form wrong images show up. This is not the room where you stay. You end on an old fashioned sofa bed in a little roof chamber next door. When arriving room was not made up. The owner reacted immediately by sending the cleaners. However unpleasant surprise after a 12 hour journey. No compensation was offered. Could happen, but should not happen….

Top city apartment

Really good place in the centre of Annecy with excellent facilities. Breakfast items are ideal to start the day and check in looks complicated but easy. Only one night stayed but was ideal to visit this delightful city.

Liked to have stayed longer.

Great apartment, great location, beautiful town

Flat was really well situated in the old part of the town, easy access to the lake and restaurants. Lots of room, nice decor and lovely and airy. Helpful instructions

Not a major issue for us, but the flat was right at the top of the building - five floors up a winding staircase which would not suit some guests. No parking spot and local parking wasn’t easy to find.

What I didn't now was that the apartment was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator.

A perfectly located small studio apartment for those with young legs.

A well appointed and comfortable apartment which provided an excellent base for our short stay in Annecy. It was clean ,well looked after and fitted with modern appliances. Perfect location for exploring Annecy.

Unfortunately access to the property was only gained by climbing 80 stone steps. There was no mention of this in the booking description. I am 80 years of age and my wife is 75 and we found the access tiring and dangerous. I believe this access issue should be included in any Booking.com descriptions of the property both in the interests of future clients and also to protect their own reputation.

Good for an overnight; you need to know that there arelots of stairs are that they tricky at the top.

Tricky staircase to navigate. Fine for an overnight stop, but wouldn’t be a very comfortable place to stay for a couple of days (only got the bed to sit on).

Loft located high up in historic Annecy.

Location, location, location..You are on a beautiful street in the heart of the historic old Town of Annecy. Plentiful hot water, Newer amenities in the room. Adequately-stocked kitchen.

Lack of elevator (cannot be helped in this historic area), noisy corridor outside room, tiny window as this is essentially an attic loft. Others have noted the scary stairs that become very steep and narrow at the top. If you have mobility problems and can't lift your luggage up about 72 stairs, this place will be problematic. You need to be careful. Please note: this is not a traditional hotel. It feels more like and is operated as an Air B&B-type accommodation. So you have all the pros and cons of that. I enjoyed my stay, but I came prepared to be in a unique space. Coffee maker in the room produces pretty weak coffee with lots of grounds in it.

Great location - good value for money

The loft is really nice and located in a very central location which makes it accessable to pubs, restaurants and many activities. The kitchen had little snacks provided and some juices - which was nice after we drove almost 8 hrs to get there. Finding the key was easy and the instructions were great! We loved the appartment - set up and also the design - well done. I wish we could have stayed longer.

It is quit busy but when you close the windows you cannot really hear the outside noise. However, it is still good value for money and for the location.

So many problems. I was visiting alone for a medical conference. I rarely write bad reviews but this was a BAD stay. 1) VERY VERY HOT. 34 degrees and not even a fan was provided. Apartment is tiny and like a furnace - on top floor and therefore heat from lower apartments rising. Tiny window that doesn't even open properly. I felt ill because of how hot. I think this is a health a safety hazard 2) The key is very problematic Door would not open once locked. Very glitchy lock and key/ I had to call the owner out - who responded promptly - however the problem was not fixed. I was worried to leave the apartment (travelling on my own) because of not being able to open the door again. It ruined my stay 3) Uncomfortable bed Sofa bed with tiny sofa bed cushions apparently meant to be the sleeping pillows Very uncomfortable Resulting in bad neck strain
