Great apartment and location let down by pest infestation and unsuitable parking.

Great location and mostly well furnished and stylish. Aircon was essential.

Infested with ants! We must have killed 100+. Some dirty cutlery. Garage too small for SUV, and entrance blocked so accessible via exit only. Needed much better communication re access, especially as there was a major event on and some major roads in Annecy were shut.

Superb

The apartment has a very nice view of the lake . The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood and in 5 minute walk to the old town. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

It is a little strange that even being with two bathrooms it has only one toilet.

Superb

clean, 10 minutes walk to old town and perfect location and view. I would like to thank Mrs Latifa for welcoming us and she helped us with bags when we arrived, she was very nice.

there were 2 bathrooms with shower and sink only the toilet is separated (and only one toilet) . also the parking was very small and there is no remote control to open the gate you have to leave the car open the gate with a key which was very hard

An appartment exactly as seen at the photos. very clean and suitable for families like us. It is located in a very quiet place, with an easy access to the city center, and It has everything needed including washing machine, WiFi

Really disappointed the host asked us to checkout at 10:00 am !!!!!!!! It’s first time in my life the check out at 10 usually at 12 pm Also that day was raining and storms , with all this situation they want us to leave with tow kids because they want to clean

Great flat, hotel standard & amazing location, but a landlord doesn't not care about his guests.

The apartment has recently been refurbished and is finished to a hotel standard. New fluffy towels and good quality bed linen. Very clean. Fantastic location with a balcony overlooking the Lake and 1 km walk from the old town. Short walk to a supermarket, bakers, butchers, fruit shop and cafe. If the Landlord thought about his tenants and made some small investments this could be a fantastic place to stay.

No Smart TV's, so it was not possible to stream Netflix. The heating (towel rails) in the bathrooms were not working, when we advised the agent of this, it became the landlord was already aware of this, yet they had not resolved the problem before, or during our stay. This was November - cold bathrooms and permanently damp towels. No bread knife, clothes drying rail, bottle opener, sieve. Only one key was provided, and it was only possible to enter the apartment block with this key and the entry bell to this flat was not marked. Thus if you went out independently from your travel companions, it was not possible to get back in. Not key provided for the rubbish bins. No instruction guide to the flat's equipment. Parking only in a tight and small underground garage. There is only one toilet in the flat, the second bathroom is a shower room only. During our stay, the adjacent block of apartments was being refurbished externally. The noise from the power generator was oppressive and went on all day from 8. 30 am to 5 pm right next to this flat. This meant it was very difficult to stay in during the day and sitting on the balcony impossible. The Landlord would have known about this refurbishment but choose not to advertise this fact on Bookings.

The location was fabulous and having garage big bonus.

The washing machine made an absolutely dreadful noise in the cupboard. It worked well but does not fit into the space and vibrates violently. A bread knife would be helpful.
