Får det man betaler for, AKKURAT det

Det er som forventet gitt hva man betaler. Servitørene var søte og prøvde det de kunne gitt dårlige engelsk-kunnskaper. Hyggelig dame («security») som sitter ved inngangen/porten :-)

Resepsjonistene var slapp, sa ikke hei (foruten da vi sjekket inn og ut) og fortalte ingenting annet enn akkurat hva man spurte om. Satt som regel gjemt under disken på telefonen. Veldig lite på tilbudssiden. Det er heller ikke rent på hotellet. Badet har tydelige merker av sopp.

restaurant cher et tres mauvais petit déjeuner sans intérêt on se permet de vous appeler dans la chambre le matin alors que vous dormez pour vous demander si vous prenez le petit dej !! j’ai demandé un Check out tardif qui m’a été facturé 20 dollars dans un premier temps puis a 17h00 un membre du personnel est encore une fois venu nous réveiller pour nous demander de payer 30 dollars de plus si nous voulions rester plus longtemps... et aucun justificatif de paiement ne m’a été remis. difficultés à communiquer car une partie du personnel ne parle pas très bien l’anglais

L'établissement refuse de faire la conversion dollar euros pour le paiement de la chambre et propose un taux de change très bas si vous payez en shillings. Pour couronner le tout des cafards vous accueilleront dans la chambre. Une salle de bain très vétuste des ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas et une femme de ménage qui sonne à 8h du matin pour faire le ménage alors que nous sommes arrivés à 2h.

Stay away from this hotel

There aren't many positive aspects to highlight, I must commend their responsiveness to messages. They were quick to address any inquiries or issues, which was appreciated.

My recent experience at this hotel left much to be desired. We ordered food at the restaurant, only to find raw chicken on our plates, making it inedible. Furthermore, they forgot to bring our drinks, which left us feeling neglected. To add to the disappointment, the hotel lacks European sockets to charge your devices, and the solution provided was to purchase a converter for a hefty 10,000 shillings, without the option to use it just once. This felt more like a money-making scheme than a service to assist guests. Additionally, the practice of charging an extra 4% when paying with a Visa card raises concerns. It gives off the impression of hidden fees and unscrupulous practices. Overall, my stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory, and I strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations. It's unfortunate that these issues marred what could have been a more pleasant experience.

there is no refrigerator and no kettle for coffee when i asked they told me you should upgrade your reservation and the room very dark no space to take breath the breackfast was so poor

Spacious suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. Great views from the roof top. Excellent dinner options at the restaurant.

The staff and the location were great!

The safe was beeping all night. I talked to the staff, they gave me a key to the safe as the code didn't work. But the beeping would start randomly and end randomly. The hot water wasn't really hot either.

The location is very central, close to transportation and points of interest. You get all the amenities from a good city hotel, the standard cleanliness and comfort you expect. A special mention for the ability to take a quick shower after check out and before the 12 hours plane trip.

Don't look for specific or traditional decoration or style : this is a business-like, international-type of environment. The 'Paris' paintings in the lobby are quite funny for a true Parisian ...

I hope there will be more improvement. Despite the down side, the ala carte food was pretty good tho

The breakfast is simple with limited choice. The location is in the heart of city, you can currency exchange easily.

The cleanliness is under expectation, needs improvement. Overall it seems like an old hotel, probably need some upgrade. The room is smell musty. Entire vibe is sad :'(

it was totally bad experience starting from airport pick up I have contacted the property to get airport shuttle as they mentioned and got the offer that they will send the driver and even the amount was also fixed pick up was not there and contacted from the airport got the reply no airport pick up I have informed the manager to rectify the mistake to avoid such missing in future but I haven’t got any reply since i checked out after 2days second day in room service they haven’t keep sugar ,again I have talked to two people total three times but result was 0 I have moved to another hotel with total disappointment

Good Ferry Location

Good location near the ferry & not too far from the airport. Room is clean with air con & nice bathroom. There is a good restaurant bbq place nearby. We spent one day before an early flight & all was good. Nadeem the manager offered great help & suggestions. Also he was quick in his responding to messages. I greatly appreciate his help.

Early bkfst wasn’t provided because we were leaving very early to the airport. However, our room rate included it. Some reception staff were clueless & didn’t seem to know much.
