Nice hotel in the city center. Very comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very nice, lots of choices and fresh fruit.

The shower did not have hot water and we had only one towel for both of us. I chose this hotel because there is a pool but it was not available because it was under maintenance. This was a bit disappointing. I believe the price is too much for what it is.

Roon 705 Shower floor is not proper done, water doesn't drain out properly. Complained previously also. No action fm the hotel. Checkin and check out takes time.

hot shower and pressure of shower are perfect. porter is really kind and welcoming guest nicely. the reception is 6th floor, but it is fine to have enough space to check in. breakfast is tasty and varied foods are available.

paid for premium suite no 1109 and got less than economy comforts. the bath room glass door was not there and it was an open to all situation the toiletry items incl tub gel/shower cap missing housekeeping calls took eternity to service. Disappointed .

Good and bad points.

Very friendly staff in general and hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was perfectly decent.

However, pool area outside was not useable and only having two lifts for so many floors can lead to fairly long waits. Breakfast buffet was totally fine but lunch was a problem. Unless you wanted a huge buffet, you were out of luck. No option to order a sandwich (sometimes no a la carte menu ordering was possible), even through room service! Bit silly because most people don’t want a huge lunch if they’ll be eating out in the evenings etc. Bed very hard but that didn’t bother me.

i give it a GOOD cause of excellent staff.

Staff was excellent. Food was good. Bathroom good and spacey. Hot water

Bed was uncomfortable. Furniture visible rust. Foreign hair in the room. Couldnt regulate AC (was too cold).

It was horrible as I was sick the whole time with food poisoning.

Location is central, rooms are modern and clean.

The rooftop bar serves drinks with tap water ice, which isn’t suitable for international travelers. I have gotten the worse poisoning of my life after drinking a cocktail at the hotel.
