We enjoyed our time here!

The room, shower, and balcony! Also it was close to 50 Kaló, the best pizza in Naples! It is not close to downtown but reasonable walking distance from a metro station.

We missed vegetables at the breakfast but nevertheless we were rather satisfied with it.

The staff was super friendly. They helped us with all our questions. The room was nice. I liked that there were a great set for taking a shower. The interior of the room is modern.

A lovely last night in Naples.

Location was excellent but overlooking a busy road. However it's 2 minutes walk from sea front. Breakfast was very good. My husband is coeliac, and the staff went to a lot of trouble to be able to offer him some gf options at breakfast, and presented them carefully. The staff were very accommodating, and couldn't do enough to help e.g keeping our luggage when we booked in early, getting us a taxi etc.

The walls are thin! The lovely tiled flooring makes the hotel noisier than we'd expected.

Exceptional

We spent our first night here when we arrived in Naples and then our last five nights in Italy here. In between we were biking in Sicily and the Amalfi Coast. The hotel staff kept our tandem bike cases while we were gone. The hotel rooms are beautifully appointed and maintained, the location worked very well for us - within walking distances of the waterfront, tourist activities, and restaurants. Breakfasts were good with wonderful cappucini. We had rooms facing the front, which we really enjoyed. Above all, the staff were exemplary. Helpful, welcoming, courteous, professional and like family. They gave us great suggestions for places to go, and always wanted to know how our day went, where we had gone. We were very sad to leave but it was time to go home. Ink

Avoid at all costs

They had a newer TV. That was the only good thing about the room lol

We walked into this hotel and immediately decided to leave. We booked for 4 nights and left after day 1. The staff was difficult from the beginning, walking in it seemed to be in a very run down area, there were half smoked joints on the stairs and it smelled. The room was very small, we had the queen suite with hot tub and steam room, the hot tub took up most of the room. The tub was very dirty, the showers were filled with mold and mildew, and the shower handle fell off and was just the steel bar wrapped with duct tape. I told the staff about the mold and asked if we could have a clean room, he told me it just gets black over time and there's nothing he could do... We tried speaking with the director and he told me there's nothing he can do about the dirty and deteriorating room. We called booking.com to get the issue resolved and the director told booking that there was no issues and he dealt with everything in person (which he did not). Overall this was the worst hotel of our honeymoon.

we got the room with kitchen which was absolutely useless as we couldn’t use it, no cutlery, no pans, no microwave, no accessories. BASICALLY NOTHING!

Amazing staff, very pleasant stay!

Nice room, would have loved if it had a fridge for some cool water, but this did not make the stay any less pleasant. Good size bathroom, shower could be a little more spacious. Lots of toiletries available, more than enough towels, very clean, nice touches with thoughtful pair of slippers for the guests. Staff is very attentive and always available, with a large smile on their faces.

Nothing to dislike, it was a very pleasant stay.

Simply the best in service

So impressed with how modern and beautifully appointed the hotel is. From marble tile floors to an expansive breakfast room with beautiful restored ceiling frescoes, and fish aquariums in the hallway, it is visually appealing. The staff was over-the-top in kind and helpful service, arranging airport transfers and even accommodating my request for a surprise birthday layout of fruit and pastries and flowers and bubbly for my wife’s 70th birthday.

We stayed in the Queen Suite, which is decked out with a spa tub and an individual sauna, as well as modern bathroom fixtures. My only small concern is that it was difficult to figure out how to use the spa and the sauna. clearer instructions would help.
