Would be the best ROI.

I stayed there to have a shopping around the downtown before heading to the late night flight, i.d., without sleeping in the hotel. The price was very competitive, and the quality + location was much higher than the expectation that people would expect with that price range. I would be there again if I come here alone as a backpacker.

There are quite a lot of mostiquitos!

Cleanness and reasonable price

The cleaness of room supprise me. Small room but soundproot and have somethings is necessary, fridge, air-conditioning, hangers, clothes rack, toilet paper...with reasonable price, especially in center location where is close to John Tour, King Kong mart, Vinbus stop, eatery, shop....Good recommendation for traveling on a. budget

Only low wifi sometimes.

Близко к центру, более менее чисто, только уборки не было перед нашим въездом. Байк закатывают сотрудники отеля прямо в холл. Нет тараканов. Приветливые сотрудники , хорошо говорят на английском. Номер рядом с ночными заведениями - все ключевые места в пешей доступности. Это очень подкупило. Хороший кондиционер, есть вентилятор. Очень здорово. Холодильник ок.

Было использованное мыло,зубные щётки, волосы на полу когда мы заехали. Душ при входе в туалет. Неудобно. если кто то помоется а следующий человек зайдет в туалет, то попадет на мокрый пол. Слышала писк мышей, хз откуда они на втором этаже. Комендантский час, закрывают двери. Нет звонка приходится стучать по двери и будить персонал ночью. Мне это не подходит, и дабы не мучить этих прекрасных людей но ночам - я съехала в бунгало на длительный срок. Подушки маленькие тонкие. Подкладывала кофту что б спать

-small room -lack of windows in the room. or AC. the room had a fan but it was getting very hot during the night.

Beds were big and I like a hard matress which is what is was. The pillows were good. The big fan was great and aircon worked.

There was a alot of tiny little ants everywhere. The pipes in the toilet and sink sometimes acted up. The shower had very little pressure. The staff made absolutely no contact after check in.

Budget friendly and comfortable

Perfect location and very close to the beach, staff very kind and friendly and the price is very very affordable. Rooms are well equipped with air con and a fan, TV, fridge and a space to hang your clothes. The bathroom is more than adequate with plenty of hot water. If you are wanting budget friendly accommodation in an excellent part of the island this is the place to stay!

It was a little tricky to find the place at first but the taxi driver kindly called them for me to get the exact location.

Exceptional

Clean and good location! Nothing to complain. Very comfortable and friendly people. When I checked in my shower had problem and they fixed it very quickly! They also rend me bowl and spoon. They also bring the moterbike which I rented in the house for security.

Superb

Cute little Guesthouse for a good price at a friendly families house. Close to many good restaurants and bars. Just 200 Meter to beautiful Long Beach. Would like to come back.

The matress is too hard :)

Great place to stay in Phu Quoq

Really nice tidy and compact room with good ac. Staff was friendly. You get free water from the lobby so that is nice, you just have to fill the bottles. Fast and good laundry service also.

You can hear really clearly the noise from hallway, but at night there was completely silent.

Alright for a couple of nights

Good location only a short walk to the beach. Staff were very friendly. Good wifi and hot shower.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was no external window in the room (the window looked out into the corridor.
