Excellent accommodation in Porto

Best location. Walking distance from all attractions and sao bento station. Large place for european standards. Fantastic support from manager Paulo

Mauvais accueil et départ, pas de wifi, …

Localisation, deux salles de bains, propre et confortable.

Pas de personnel physique, seulement what s app via firme externe (we do living). Très mauvaise communication: les codes d entrée n ont pas été communiqués lors de notre arrivée, il n y avait personne, nous avons du appeler pour finalement recevoir des codes. Le wifi ne marchait pas. La marchine nespresso ne fonctionnait pas. Après notre départ nous avons reçu un message pour payer la taxe touristique en cash à laisser sur la table, pas très sérieux!

A nice stay

The location is central, with a lot of pastry shops around. The apartment is easily accessible and comfortable .We were by car and I recommend reserving a parking lot, as the area is very crowded.

The things I did not like are related to my choice and not the accommodation.

Excellent location. Excellent host. Great accommodation for family.

Location, close to the city centre with some nice restaurants and cafes close by. Apartment was well laid out with all necessary facilities. Host was attentive and responded to any requests promptly.

As a city centre location it comes with city noise, but that is expected. The boiler in the kitchen makes an intermittent noise. Could do with a floor brush left at the apartment - that's it. Minor quibbles really, nothing to 'dislike'.

If you don’t mind loud nights, this place is great.

The property was clean and it was located conveniently next to many of the the things we wanted to see. It was walking distance to Igreja do Carmo, Clergies Tower, Livraria Lello. It comfortably can fit 5 people (with one on the couch). The host was very easy to get a hold of and she was responsive to emails. She was kind enough to arrange a ride for us from the airport to the house. I also appreciated the coffee that was provided.

The main thing that was difficult about the property was the noise level at night. The property is located one street away from the party street so it was really loud both nights we were there. There were people drunk, yelling, being really loud in general til 5 am. So if you are a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. If you are a heavy sleeper and noise doesn’t bother you, it could be ok.

very enjoyable, accommodation lived up to expectations

spacious, reasonably well equipped (although lacked a few items), comfy, very clean, plenty of wardrobe storage,

no mirror or bedside tables in bedroom 2. en-suite shower leaked water on floor. wc flush control panel in en-suite worked loose. bedside light in main bedroom didn’t work. not enough hangers in wardrobe. however none of this spoiled our holiday.

great location, very comfortable beds. well equipped and very helpful staff to support with the booking.

as per other reviews the street is noisy but this would be true in any other place in this great location - so for us it was worth it.

Perfect place at the best location!

The apartment is fantastic! It has all you need for a great stay: location, comfortable, good value for money, great communication with the host.

Excellent location to explore Porto on foot

The location is perfect if you want to explore Porto mainly on foot. There's plenty of really good restaurants all around the place (we could even sneak out across the street for a glass of Port wine and leave the kids home alone for a short while). 2 bathrooms also make the stay more comfortable (we stayed with 3 kids and having our own bathroom was perfect). The street is quite busy (lots of busses that can take you places), but all windows are equipped with shutters so the noise is minimal. Great contact with the host, they let us into the apartment a bit earlier once it was cleaned up.
