Terrible con mal olor

Terrible, demasiado sucio, la habitación deteriorada, sin muebles adecuados, sin clóset sin sillas solo una cama muy mala , sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador , el baño terrible; y demasiado olor a cigarrillo, sin contar con q las noches ruidosas porq queda al lado de un bar. Mas parece un pasante de noche que hotel

Sehr lautes Zimmer, fligzeuggeräusche, Partymusik reden im anderen Zimmer hörte man direkt. Sehr kalt im Zimmer trotz 2 Decken. Fenster nicht luftdicht. Nur 1 Steckdose für Handy. Kaum stauraum Möglichkeiten. Sehr schmale Treppen. Kein Parkplatz, kein Frühstück etc Nur Automaten. Schimmel im Badezimmer.

La posizione centrale.

Camera minuscola, praticamente solo il letto, senza armadio o appendiabiti. In 3 giorni non è mai stata rifatta. 5° piano senza ascensore e scale strette e ripide. moquette vecchissima e sporca, bagno di due metri quadri con doccia vecchissima con addirittura la tenda in plastica Prezzo altissimo rispetto al servizio offerto.. Non pensavo che booking potesse fare di queste cose. Le foto pubblicate sono fuorvianti.

Muhteşem tatil noktası

Çok yardımcı olan çalışanları var. Güler yüzlü ve çok sıcakkanlılar. Konum olarak yeri muhteşem. Odalar gayet temiz ve çok soğuk zamanda gelmiş olmamıza rağmen gayet sıcak. Duş ve tuvalet sorunsuz.

La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación central y de muchos lugares interesantes .. Bastante recomendable, había un gatito en la recepción pero no causa ningún tipo de molestia

No había elevador, subir y bajar 4 pisos con las maletas fue una pesadilla. La habitación estaba muy pequeña.

Séjour avec 1personne dans petite chambre

Je suis venue avec mon frère pour un séjour court, pour lequel nous avions une petite réduction : - Prise de contact rapide, - Check-in et Check-out rapide, - L'emplacement est super, - Vous pouvez rentrer dans l'hôtel à tout heure, - Prix abordables, - Possibilité de laisser les bagages jusqu'à 18h.

- La chambre est extrêmement étroite, - Coupure d'eau sans prévenir les clients (mon frère se brossait les dents), - Aucun service de chambre, mais de nouvelles serviettes ont été laissés devant notre porte, - Pas de contrôle des clients pour accès aux étages, Attention, une caution de 20€ en cash vous est demandé à votre entrée, vérifiez d'avoir bien récupérer, ce n'est pas clair pour ma part.

Worst hotel in Amsterdam

Location was great very central for all our needs during the trip

The height in which my room was located it did not state in the description that there would be 6 flights of very steep uneven small stairs with out a lift. I am diabetic and cannot be up high for health reasons which I stated to the reception to which I was told they would move my room the next day. Only to be told they cannot do that and that “you people complain too much”. I was politely explaining to the gent on reception had this been in the property description prior to booking I would not of done so or wasted my money. The place was shocking the heating was up full whack and could not be turned off I slept with the window wide open during winter with the very loud sounds of the town until the early hours. Unsatisfactory is what hotel Ben is and this being my 18th stay I’m Amsterdam I am insulted at the treatment from your very very unprofessional staff. I will never be returning here nor recommending

Bu otelde 2. kalışım. Amsterdam'in tam merkezinde. havaalanından amsterdam merkez istasyonuna tren ile gittim istasyon en fazla 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. otelin konumu çok iyi olduğu için 2. kez geldim buraya. şehir içinde hiç tranvay tren vs kullanmadım. otelde 3 kişilik odada kaldık. yatmak için kullandığımızdan dolayı odanın genişliği bizim için önemsizdi. 3 kişilik oda ufak ama merkezdeki diğer otellerde bu şekilde hep. temizlik konusunda oda temizlendi çarşaflar yastık vs temizdi. hep dışarıda olduğumuz için personelle çok iletişim kurmadık ama check in sırasında resepsiyon güler yüzlü ve gayet net açıklayıcı bilgiler veriyor. amsterdama amsterdam kafası yaşamak için geliyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz. ancak sigaradan vs den uzak dururum diyorsanız tavsiye etmem. Bizim çok memnun kaldığımız yatmak için gelip gideriz dediğimiz oteldi. önceden aldığımız için fiyat performans otelıydı bızım için. kasım ayında kaldık dışarısı soğuk olmasına rağmen geceleri bile sıcaktı oda, ince bir yorgan yetti, battanıye bile kullanmayı gerek görmedik.

haftasonu kaldığınızda gece eğlenceden gelenlerin odalarına giriş çıkışlarını duyabilirsiniz. Bence bunlara hiç aldırmayın yatın uyuyun :)

Conociendo Amsterdam.

Excelente ubicación; a solo 500 m de estación de tren Centraal Amsterdam.

La ubicación es la zona roja de Ámsterdam, con todo lo que implica a la noche… Habitación exageradamente pequeña. La limpieza, no es buena. No es un hotel recomendable para una estadía familiar.

ein Schock und nie wieder

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das ist aber auch das einzig gute.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein und schien auch nicht sauber zu sein. Man konnte weder Kleidung aufhängen, noch irgendwo hinlegen, da kein Platz war und wir sind nur mit Handgepäck gereist. Das Bad war so klein, dass ich mit meinen 1,65 m mit den Knien an die Tür gestoßen bin, wenn ich auf der Toilette saß. Wir haben uns nur so viel wie nötig im Zimmer aufgehalten und ärgern uns extrem über den hohen Preis. Zum Vergleich hatten wir nahe Oberstdorf zwischen den Jahren (Hauptsaison) eine Ferienwohnung mit 95 m² für einen günstigeren Preis, als dieses Minizimmer. Außerdem konnte man kaum schlafen, da es durch die Heizung, die man nicht verstellen konnte viel zu heiß war.

I’m not returning to this hotel and I’m not returning to the city again.

Rooms are smaller than a chocolate box with no view, blood stains on the mirror and semen on the walls, rays crawling around the window ledge that you see on pictures and overall very bad price

Terrible experience

The location was great. Right in the centre. Few minutes walk from central station.

The property itself is way too old. Very basic room. Just beds and a wonky table. Bed was not comfortable at all. They told us smoking wasnt allowed but as soon as you enter you can smell strong cigarette smoke from hallway to your room. NO LIFT/ELEVATOR. We have a 30kg bag and you have to carry them up yourself to your room. The stairs was dangerous, wasnt very safe to carry up your luggages. They provided 3 towels. No bath rug. The person in front desk was rude to us when we were checking out. My daughter nearly fell off the stairs and instead of helping he laughed then he denied there was no storage to keep our luggages. I asked to speak for the manager or supervisor but he said it is up to him if he will let us use the storage. He declined to give us his name.

La habitación familiar era muy pequeña. Alfombra sucia, mobiliario viejo. El baño le faltaba limpieza, cortina y luz con hongos. Las ventanas no tenían cortinas que bloquearan la luz, por lo que toda la noche ingresaba la luz y ruidos de los locales de la calle. En los pasillos había feo olor, a cloaca. Sin ascensor, por lo que si vas con muchas maletas es incómodo. No funcionaba la máquina para hacer café que estaba en la entrada.

Experiencia regulera.

La ubicación es perfecta. No está mal para pasar 2 noches. La habitación calentita.

La habitación es súper pequeña. La limpieza dejaba que desear. El espejo del cuarto baño debe de ser un cuadro opaco porque de espejo no vale ahí me quedo. Los nórdicos de las camas estaban manchados. Cuando te duchas tienes un canal de Amsterdam más en tu habitación .

Nie wieder.

Die Lage ist super. Ruhig und sehr zentral.

Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig, hier wurde lange nicht gereinigt. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette wurde nie gereinigt. Es stinkt nach Urin und Schweiß. Echt ekelhaft. Wir waren schon oft in günstigen Hotels und sind nicht anspruchsvoll aber das ist echt nicht tragbar.
