Nice stay

We spent three night at the resort and really enjoy your stay. Located on the beach, good restaurants, staff is nice and helpful. Cottages are clean and comfortable

Location of property and location of our room overlooking the sea. The staff were amazing. The attached restaurants food was the best I’ve eaten in Goa for years.

The Wi-Fi in this day and age good Wi-Fi is must. Facilities such as tea and coffee making in room not available. Unable to get a coffee in the morning until 8 am. The air conditioner of next doors room was attached to our rooms wall ( these are wooden huts) We turned ours off at night because of the noise. Not so our neighbours.

Location is exceptional right across the beach. Service was very prompt and good complimentary breakfast (though it was limited menu). Rooms are hygenic and clean

Rooms are little tiny. No kettle and complimentary tea sachets provided. For the cost paid, expected atleast that. Little expensive but expected during peak times for the location

The wooden cottages were very beautiful and comfortable. Staff behavior was pretty good. The location of the resort is perfect.

Little bit overpriced compared to the other resorts with the similar facilities.

Good location made us adjust to minor issues

Location was good and staff was friendly..Manager resolved minor issues.. Manager did hear our concern and changed our room next morning and food was good..

Location was good but room and amenities were not good enough..they did not provide water bottles( provided after asking🤪). First room was really bad..they should not allot such room to any guest..it's painful to be back from long travel and then waste 1 hour on minor issues..No toiletry was provided except small medimix soap on the first day .

Frankly speaking nothing.

1. Bad Rooms or cottages. 2. Zero Cleanliness. 3. Maintenance of the rooms and property is very bad. 4. Food way too costly. 5. Cockroaches, lizards, centipedes found in the room & bathroom. 6. House keeping staff is pathetic. 7. No parking for your vehicles. 8. Very often power cut or outage during day and night. 9. My recommendation would be to book your stay at Cocos beach resort or Marron beach resort for a leisure stay which are on the same beach. 10. Honestly I will not recommend O3 beach resort to anyone. This was my first trip to south goa Palolem beach but booking at O3 resort was a big mistake.
