TRY TO AVOID PALOLEM AT THE END OF JUNE because the graphics on website look beautiful. Probably the property is not run as an asset and the reason maybe being that it is managed by lease or rent or the terms of contract are no good for investing in repairs of the property. We were in a hurry to check out because the floor outside our room had a leaky ceiling. Such permanent properties on the beach should be maintained nicely. The toilets walls are full of fungus and there was no hot water since they use solar heaters. No alternate arrangements available. I had to leave as soon as possible because i needed a bath. We paid almost Rs 6000 per night and that is a scam

the rooms were smelling it’s was not the exact as shown on the website food was way to expensive being honest you could eat on the beach side shack and get value for money

Overpriced, Tired, Hidden Charges

Shower, no water pressure very little hot water, none in the evening Pool, unfixed and broken slabs around pool dangerous for children and generally poorly maintained General lack of maintaince in all hotel and room Scam charges, after being asked to pay hotel bill the day before we check out which I did, then later that evening was told problem and they wanted me to pay transaction charges of 7000 rupees ! I didn't pay this (I will be speaking to booking.com about this) We have stayed at Pallolem Inn before, although a few years back, this place has gone downhill and is desperately overpriced for what you don't get, I would avoid in future as far better out there in Pallolem

Exceptional

The owners are very humble and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. I got clean room. Surprisingly it was very quiet and peacful at night so it was easy to sleep. Hygiene was good😊 Restaurant people were respectful.

Toilet paper was missing.

- the beds had stains on the sheets. - the staff were unkind - the toliet had stains on it from a previous guest yet it had a sanitary sticker on it. - the previous guests clothes were still in it

I love this place food is very nice excellent service staff are very kind and always helpful I enjoyed swimming pool they allowed me even is late night and the also provide me food at late night thanks to hotel palolem inn. 😊🤗

I didn't like people who said is not good place in think it is the best place I ever stay hotel's in india

I just stay this hotel 1 night but I love this place rooms are very clean food is very nice also you can order food 24 hours very nice place very near to the beach hope too visit again

Average stay

Cleanliness poor bed sheets and towels are stained. Bathroom taps are non functional. Power cut 2 wise in 3 days.

Hotel staff are quite accommodating and are always there to help

Hotel staff are very accommodating. Rooms were clean. They have in house restaurant-bar & Food was Good. Vegetable Maggie from their restaurant is a must have. Mr. Arjun has assisted us a lot during our entire stay from checkin to serving dinner late night. Thumps up for their warm hospitality.

Though we have visited in monsoon, a bit of maintenance is still needed.

Rooms were not neat at all. Parking Facility was not available even though they mentioned parking in Bookings. Didn't even kept the basic standards as compare to properties of Bookings.

Awesome stay

Staff very helpful and polite. Rooms awesome with all facilities. Just couldn’t enjoy pool facility due to covid. 3-4 mins walk to beach from hotel. Overall it was very good and would recommend people to stay here.

A wonderful property with excellent location.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and specious. Staff is also cooperative. The location is excellent.

There was some problem with internet but can excuse on this. The hotel do not have generator back up.
