About this apartment rental

Surfside Six B is located at the ocean end of 10th Street. Our oceanfront, 1st floor, one bedroom unit is a fantastic spot here in the heart of St. Augustine Beach. We have ocean views from every room. The sliding glass doors open up to a private deck that overlooks the beach and beautiful sun rises, and is known to be one of the best cups of coffee ever! Our kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare, cook, and serve meals. All linens and towels are included in our rental, including beach towels. We provide cable and high speed wifi on a private network that is not shared with any other units, so if you need to work while you're here, we've got you covered.
Our goal is to provide our guests with a wonderful rental experience. At your request we can make sure you arrive to a fully stocked refrigerator, flowers and treats to celebrate a special occasion, or arrange activities to help you stay and play. We can assist you with them all.

Our stay was great. Property was just as advertised. Very clean and perfect for two people. Well stocked and host quickly took care of air conditioning issue that we had. St. Augustine is a great place to visit. Very historic and lots to see and do. Only thing I would change is the construction on the beach in front of condo. No fault of the owner just a timing issue but we didn’t let it dampen our good time. I would highly recommend.

This was a very clean house with many conveniences already in place. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and towels already in place. The bed was very comfortable and cable and internet were very good too. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The property is very convenient to several restaurants within walking distance. The host is excellent and reachable. Will stay again.

My husband and I had a wonderful 20th Anniversary getaway for a week in St. Augustine and loved this apartment. It’s steps from the beach and a short walk from local restaurants. I loved that it was far enough from the bustle of downtown to obtain quiet and enough darkness to view the stars but close enough that a short trip brought us right to all the great parts of St. Augustine. Highly recommended and I would visit again!

Just perfect…. For Two, (or small family). Fantastic view from the comfort of your living space… or walk out on the deck for an up close view. 15 steps to the beach access and 30 seconds later…… on the beach! Condo is clean, has all the amenities that you may need and the Host…… AWESOME!!!

We love this condo. It's right on the beach and within walking distance to everything. The sunrises are beautiful, the beach is right there to enjoy. The condo has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This was our second trip and we will be back.

This place was GREAT! When the description says "Oceanfront" they're not kidding. You will literally be in the last house before the dunes, with views of the ocean. You can sit and sip your morning coffee on the balcony and see the ocean and the walkway to the beach right there. Take a walk on the beach, or go a block in the other direction and there's restaurants, stores, things to do. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Easy to get to the alligator farm, parks, beaches up and down the shore, etc. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and spacious for two people. Neighbors were quiet, and if you open the sliding glass doors you can listen to the waves lapping the shore. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, we used the BBQ grill, washer/dryer was great, and plenty of drawers and closet space to unpack. They could DEFINITELY charge more for a place like this. It was really a gem!

Great place to stay, great location. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, breakfast places and of course the beach. 5-10 minute drive to St. Augustine old town. The unit was clean and roomy, very well stocked, comfy king bed. Deborah stayed in touch throughout the process and responded immediately to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I were attending a wedding in St. Augustine. We found this studio apartment in St. Augustine Beach and it was perfect. Gorgeous location just a few yards from the beach and central to all the restaurants on the main drag and a short drive to St. Augustine city center of you are looking for some history and cool hangouts. The accomodation was very clean and well looked after. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. Host, Deborah was very attentive. Contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a cozy getaway with your partner. This was our first visit to St. Augustine and if we return, we will definitely book this property with Deborah again.

I’ve travels the coastlines of Florida but nothing can compare to being right on the water. Every morning walking the beach and watching the sunrise with the locals and their pets. It was like crossing over into another universe of happiness and joy. Quaint Il studio with all you need. Perfect getaway. Go to Mango Mangos. Than you Deborah for the perfect get away!!

This cozy, little beach house is just as described. East beach access, comfy bed, kitchen essentials plentiful. Started each morning with coffee on the deck, looking out at the ocean and ending with a cocktail gazing up at the stars. This place is perfect. Can’t wait to visit again! This condo is great! Being right on the beach was awesome and is bigger than what it appears online. The host was super nice and very responsive. The condo was fully stocked of everything imaginable. The only negative thing was the sand dunes are a little bigger so you don’t have a complete view of the beach from the deck. However, overall our stay was awesome and we will be back!

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect and the space was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Everything about it was easy. In my opinion, it is best suited for a single visitor or a couple. I would recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

This was our third stay at this adorable apartment. The location is perfect. We didn’t move our car during our 5 night stay. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach access could not be more convenient. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. Communication with the property managers prompt and pleasant. Checking in and out was effortless. Absolutely earned 5 stars, again!

The condo is more spacious then we anticipated ☺️we asked Morgan if there were beach chairs included since we were flying and he said he would bring us 2 and he did. The entire place , including the deck so so cute and decorated just right. The view is amazing….. very quiet ….. and peaceful…. Perfect getaway for a couple….. will def try to book here again.
