Da non ripetere

La posizione è comoda, vicina alla Darsena di Pozzuoli dove si imbarcano i traghetti per le isole e ai siti di interesse (es rovine romane)

Ambiente al piano terra senza neanche una finestra (ce n’è una a mo’ di abbaino, forse era originariamente un garage), impossibile da areare visto anche l’ingresso che dà direttamente sulla strada, creando cattivi odori; abbiamo trovato il condizionatore rotto (faceva a malapena da ventilatore senza arrivare alla ‘zona notte’), e questo ha reso purtroppo impossibile dormire con le temperature estive attuali. La pulizia piuttosto approssimativa, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il letto, i cuscini erano macchiati e le lenzuola (sintetiche e pesanti) più che usate e riusate, all’estremità anche bucate. Il bagno piccolo, c’erano a disposizione bagnoschiuma e shampoo ma mancava la tavoletta del water (a mio parere un prezzo così positivamente abbordabile non deve giustificare la mancanza di cose essenziali). Nella descrizione generale riportata su Booking si parla inoltre in generale di ‘Spa e benessere’ per tutto il complesso (monocale al piano terra e appartamento a quello superiore), con una sauna che però è nell’appartamento al piano superiore, e dalle foto non si capisce se si tratta di un servizio ad hoc o se ci siano zone comuni, questo può trarre in inganno. Purtroppo non mi sento di consigliare di soggiornare nel Monolocale Deluxe: Booking stessa come piattaforma a volte dovrebbe verificare meglio che ciò viene descritto e presentato negli annunci sia conforme alla realtà delle sistemazioni nel tempo

Entspannter Aufenthalt, Unterkunft wie beschrieben, sehr netter Kontakt.

Sehr gut gelegen, um schnell am Hafen, der Piazza von Pozzuoli und den Bahnstationen nach Neapel zu sein. Sehr netter Kontakt und fürsorgliche Gastgeber, die sich sehr um uns gesorgt haben!

Es gibt keine Küche - das wird aber auch nicht behauptet. Somit eigentlich kein Kritikpunkt. Die Tür klemmt ein wenig. Aber auch das ist in einem Gebiet mit so viel Erdbewegung auch nicht ungewöhnlich ;-)

Ritornerò sicuramente con estremo piacere

L’appartamento vista mare con SPA è meraviglioso, ampio, gli spazi sono davvero ben gestiti. La struttura dispone di tutto il necessario per godersi del tempo in totale relax. La consiglio vivamente!

Bene ma non benissimo

L'alloggio carinissimo, già appena arrivati abbiamo avuto una bella impressione. Purtroppo siamo arrivati già quando era buio e siamo andati via presto. Questo non ci ha permesso di godere della vista, anche perché c'era una brutta giornata di pioggia. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene. Sicuramente la rivalutaremo prossimamente.

Sicuramente il bagnetto-etto-etto(troppo piccolo) pochissima acqua calda. Siamo riusciti a fare a stento una sola doccia con acqua tiepida, io purtroppo l'ho fatta con acqua fredda 🥶🥶

Bad

Extremely disappointed, not only with the room and our stay but with the response of our host when we addressed the issues we were encountering. We wanted to avoid leaving a negative review, but absolutely nothing was done to rectify the problems. There is an overwhelming smell of damp, that you can actually smell before you even open the front door, meaning all of our clothes etc stank after 2 days. There is mould all over the bathroom, no toilet seat and cockroaches. When we contacted the host regarding this, we were met with ridiculous excuses. The damp smell was apparently only due to the recent humid weather, which is simply not possible with the amount of mould within the apartment causing my asthma to flare up. We were told the missing toilet seat was due to hygiene reasons, which is ridiculous and that the cockroaches were due to the heat. The host seemed aware of all the issues and instead of either closing the apartment until the issues were sorted, we were not even warned after booking as I would never willingly stay somewhere with damp, mould and cockroaches. The host did not offer anything other than an ungenuine apology for the 'inconvenience' needless to say, not happy and do not reccomend.
