Really enjoyable stay in a nice clean property which is superbly managed with great communication.

This apartment is a perfect self catering facility. The sun terrace is great and gets the sun all day long. The communication from Pablo is excellent from the the time of your booking to the time of your departure. The complex is spotless and the pool area is quiet and cleaned on a regular basis. Pool towels are provided which is a bonus. Very quiet at night too and away from the main drag. It is a short walk to the shops and restaurants and also the Spar and Lidl are also a short stroll away too.

I booked this apartment after reading previous reviews. I found all the minor complaints to be unnecessary and to be unfounded. There is Air Con in the bedroom. The bed sheets fit the bed. The supermarkets are all nearby to provide any SELF CATERING supplies you require.

Relaxing sunny cozy apartment for two.

Lovely very clean and cosy one bed apartment in a very quiet part of PDC so you can sleep very well despite being a 10 minutes walk from bars etc. The outdoor terrace is extremely private and gets the sun all day. You can see the lovely blue sky and blue sea so the name is appropriate. We had a very relaxing week . Managed very well with great communication to access the keys etc.

Nothing wrong with apartment but not a fan of the strip area of PDC .

Schönes gemütliches und helles Apartment im 1. Stock einer Anlage im "Manrique Stil". Besonderheit dieses Apartments war der direkte Zugang vom Wohnraum zur schönen grossen Terrasse mit neuer bis zum Boden reichenden Glasschiebetür. Freier Blick über die Häuser der Nachbarsiedlung bis zum Meer. Ruhige Lage im Puerto del Carmen. Netter Kontakt mit unserem aufmerksamen Vermieter Pablo!!

Lovely week in Lanzorote

lovely clean apartment close enough to the beach/bars/restaurants but far enough away for a quiet restful sleep. The neighbourhood was very peaceful which made it a very relaxing holiday. Host sent excellent key instructions by WhatsApp with photographs of how to reach the apartment which was a great help. He also arranged a taxi back to the airport as Uber doesn’t operate on the island.

We loved the apartment peacefull complex and lanzarote

The apartment is very clean with everything you need . There are plenty of towels for showering and swimming pool a washing machine for convenience . Overall this apartment is nice and light with a sunny balcony , location is quiet and peaceful what’s not too like

Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was super clean, stylish and well-equipped, we had everything we needed. The location is very good, not noisy and quite close to a beach and a supermarket. Also the host was in touch and ready to help. Highly recommend 🫶

Excellent. Just great for our holiday. Short walk to all amenities parking just outside. Quiet location. Good pool area.

Great place for couples

The property was beautiful and a short walk away from everything you need.

Listing said check in anytime and we messaged in advance letting them know we would arrive at 1pm. Once we arrived cleaning hadn’t even begun on the apartment from the previous guests. Facilities also listed a private pool which was not present only a shared pool. Only small things we still had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Wonderful apartment.

The apartment was extremely clean and nicely decorated, we spent a lot of time on the balcony which had a wonderful view. Location was good, it takes about 10 min to the main strip and beaches, we mostly also took the e-scooters which are available everywhere around the area. The washing machine was a nice extra. Sara was very friendly and communication went smooth.

Unfortunately there were some renovations downstairs throughout the entire day, which made it a bit noisey. Sara was kind enough to communicate with them and ask them to start working later in the morning. The pool could do with a refresh. The rest was perfect!

Exceptional

Lovely clean property very homely and nicely furnished. The sun terrace was perfect for sunbathing and eating which we did most days. 5 mins walk to the main strip

The privacy, WiFi was great very important now a days very clean home from home

No hot water in the bathroom sink and stopper. Loved that there was a hairdryer but could do with a upgrade and a nozzle
