Péssima experiência.

O quarto é confortável, os funcionários dispostos a ajudar.

O acesso local é péssimo com estrada de chão (na chuva inviável o acesso), poucas placas de sinalização a pousada, tivemos que parar umas 3 vezes para pedir informação, chegamos no local após mais de uma hora de estrada de chão, estava sem luz, e lá não tem sinal de celular, ficamos praticamente ilhados, pedimos para cancelar a diária, a recepcionista muito esforçada e simpática chamou o dono da pousada, ao chegar ele mal falou conosco, instalou o nobreak e não nos deu atenção devida, estava cansados pela viagem, eu com minha filha de 2 anos e minha esposa. Tivemos que ficar no local, não aproveitamos pois além do acesso ser se demorado, ficamos sem luz por um tempo razoável.

Beautiful hide out.

Large chalet with a lot of space and good working fireplace. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The place is far from everything and for those who like that, a real place to relax

We arrived in a period of days of rain and our chalet had the smell of mold (mofo). But after opening a lot of windows and using the fireplace the smell was almost gone. Probably in a dryer period the smell won't be there or less apparent. The road to the place can be challenging for low cars and those that don't drive a lot on unpaved roads.

Fora o trajeto, somente elogios ao hotel e toda equipe.

A Localização tem pontos bons e ruins; afastado de tudo, em meio a natureza, colaboradores excepcionais que fazem tudo para lhe deixar confortável. No check in verificamos assim que chegamos a nossa acomodação, que o quarto, apesar de amplo e muito bom, não tinha nenhum isolamento acústico e a conversa do quarto ao lado ( risadas, etc.), pareciam estar dentro do nosso quarto. De imediato, solicitamos uma outra acomodação, no que fomos imediatamente atendidos, pagando a diferença da acomodação, pois optamos por uma mais privativa. O proprietário também muito solicito e atencioso, sempre presente, buscando o melhor aos seus hospedes, no que, agradecemos mais uma vez. O ponto ruim da localização é o trajeto, comentários no tópico seguinte.

A única coisa que podemos dizer que não gostamos foi o trajeto para chegar até o hotel. São aproximadamente 16k de estrada de chão, que em caso de chuva, é praticamente inviável com um carro de passeio comum. A noite, por ser deserto, também é pouco recomendável e os sinais de internet são nulos durante o trajeto. Fora a localização, somos somente elogios. A única coisa que podemos dizer que não gostamos foi o trajeto para chegar até o hotel. São aproximadamente 16k de estrada de chão, que em caso de chuva, é praticamente inviável com um carro de passeio comum. Superb

The place is absolutely beautiful and the facilities comfortable, speciallythe bed. The owner is great and makes you feel truly at home.

The restaurant is kind of expensive and since you are far from other places that's your only choice and the food was a little too salty for my taste. Other than that it was great.

A breathtaking and awesome experience, highly recommended

The mountainous area is beautiful with flowers and wildlife and a very peaceful surrounding. The positive note about this remote location is that there are no cars or traffic and the place is truly peaceful and eco-minded. The Swedish style luxury chalets are fantastic, with a large private spa and a shower stall with huge showerhead producing massive amounts of hot spring water, just a marvelous experience. The chalets have sliding doors to a spacious veranda with sofa's, lounge chairs and a hammock; It's situated next to the river bank where you could even take a swim in the crystal clear spring water water. The included breakfast was very good, and diner was truly gourmet quality inside the Swedish styled restaurant with a bar... very good indeed! The Swedish owner speaks also English and the personnel is very friendly and hospitable.

The Hotel is located quite far from the nearest paved tarmac roads, so be prepared for a 40-60 minute rocky ride on dirt roads but it's a very beautiful mountainous scenery with waterfalls, forest and wildlife.
