Excelente custo benefício

Acomodação ampla para 5 pessoas. Ficamos apenas 1 noite pois estávamos a caminho de Huatulco e o hotel atendeu todas as expectativas. Fomos ao centro jantar e caminhamos apenas 20 minutos. O Hotel têm estacionamento e no dia seguinte saímos com tranquilidade.

Buena ubicación, precio aceptable, habitación pequeña, incluye desayuno solo apartir de las 7:30 am.

La ubicación, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. El personal muy amable. Se siente un hotel seguro. Incluye desayuno, esta aceptable. Tiene aire acondicionado, tv.

No cuenta con servicio de lavandería. La habitación muy pequeña, el baño apenas unos centímetros cuadrados. Son 3 pisos sin elevador, si te toca en el tercer piso terminas agotado. Si quieres salir antes de las 7:30 am, no alcanzas a desayunar.

Práctico, cómodo y seguro.

La disponibilidad del desayuno desde las 7:00 favoreció mi itinerario. Muy limpio y tranquilo, en la habitación no se escucha el ruido externo. Te da la sensación de estar segura en las noches. Todo el personal te apoya en lo que necesites, aunque llegues antes o te retires un poco después, buscan darte las opciones más viables y cómodas.

Llegar muy noche al hotel puede ser complicado si no es en coche. Me hubiera gustado que la habitación fuera un poquito más grande. Ojalá puedan poner antiderrapantes en las regaderas.

Guter Standort für die Stadterkundung

- Frühstücken auf der Dachterrasse - Zentrale Lage des Hotels - Inkludierter Parkplatz in der Nebenstraße (wir waren mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs)

- Hellhörig (wie jedes mexikanische Hotel, in dem ich bisher war) - es war nach 21 Uhr aber immer ruhig im Hotel, sodass man gut schlafen konnte.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, estuvo muy rico y el personal muy atento y amable

mmmm solo pediría que reemplacen lo que se va terminando como por ejemplo el yogurt para la fruta, ya casi no había o el queso y la crema, había chilaquiles pero ya no había queso y crema

Recomendable para estancia

El lugar es bonito, la ubicación es un poco lejos de los restaurantes, pero super cómodas las camas, la limpieza excepcional, el servicio del personal super bien, la tranquilidad de las habitaciones

El desayuno no me gusto, no fue variado, a las 9.30 am ya no habia opciones y el personal muy grosero en la parte de restaurante,

Lo que mas nos gusto es que tiene bonita vista a la ciudad, con un pequeño desayuno buffet incluido en la terraza la experiencia es muy bonita además esta muy cerca del zocalo de la ciudad (5 calles aprox)

La cama y almohada no eran tan cómodas, para nada incomoda, se duerme bien pero se nota la diferencia

Me encantó, sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Todo estuvo súper bien, toda la habitación limpia y equipada, pasillos comedores y todo muy limpios, y el precio súper accesible.La atención súper encantadora y respetuosa, sin duda si vuelvo a viajar a oaxaca, me quedaría ahí.

La comida estaba no tan buena, quizás faltaron otros tipos de alimentos y también bebidas, pero todo súper lindo y organizado.

El personal es súper atento y amable.

Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas. Los alimentos que deberían ser calientes se sirven fríos. El estacionamiento está a una cuadra. Hay una abertura en la puerta principal de la habitación 15 y se ve hacia adentro desde el pasillo.

A localização é ótima, bem perto do centro histórico, dos mercados, restaurantes de tudo. Pude ir a pé a todos os lugares que quis visitar como museus e outras atrações

Achei o café da manhã pouco diversificado. Tem comidas mexicanas como tortilha, ovos e chile o pão que oferecem tostado como opção é um pão adocicado somente. Sugiro incluir algum tipo de pão salgado para quem não quer comer mais tortilla. Os funcionários são muito gentis e educados!

Las habitaciones están muy limpias y también son muy cómodas. El personal del hotel súper atentos y amables, también es muy céntrico de mercados y zona turística. Sin duda lo recomiendo

El desayuno no es muy bueno, le hace falta variedad de platillos pero al ser incluido con la reserva, se le perdona

Estaba muy bien ubicado, el lugar estaba bonito y era agradable la estancia

No hubo nada como tal que no me gustara, solo que después de las 11 de la noche cierran las puertas, entonces te tienes que quedar un ratito esperando a que te abran si llegas más tarde.

Nice stay in little hotel in the middle of everything

Excellent service Gabriel and the staff were very friendly and professional. You feel welcome since you get into the reception desk. 100% satisfied with the service, installation and room.

I didn't like that it doesn't have a coffee maker, room size is kind of small to our needs .

Wonderful location with extremely helpful staff.

Amazing and super helpful staff that made our stay really special by giving us great recommendations about activities but doing them the cheaper way! Also, free breakfast in the morning was a wonderful surprise. The room was small but had everything we needed in a central location. Will be visiting again!

Small room (matrimonial = full) but will just pick a bigger bed next time

Fabulous stay and great location

We loved our stay at Real Alma. We arrived early and were able to store our bags while we got lunch. Fabulous location by the main market and walking distance to main square. The room was clean and spacious, with great wifi and air conditioning. We loved the breakfast each morning on the rooftop! Highly recommend staying here!

Nice hotel close to center with good prices.

The room was clean and had a balcony and ac. Internet connection is stable and warm water is coming fast and well. Good breakfast with a lot of options: 2 slices of bread with butter and strawberry jam, a plate of fruit and a dish of either egg, egg with spinach or quesadillas and coffee. Nice roof terrace and parking lot. Personnel in the lobby very welcoming.

The personnel of the breakfast does not explain all details of the breakfast very well, e.g. we asked what options they had and what ingredients it includes, the information were provided incomplete, e.g. egg comes with spinach and onions, information was "egg with spinach". We observed this as well with other guests. The pillows are quite hard and the sink in the bathroom is really small. All small details that are not too bad at all.

Incredible value in Oaxaca!!!

I was very comfortable in my room.It was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly.I especially like the breakfast in the morning. It was cooked to order, and delicious. Located only 3 blocks from the Benito Juárez Mercado, it was an easy walk.

Great full breakfasts included. Near centro, just a few blocks away. Very close to Mercado 20th of Noviembre. 10min walk to many colectivo stations that head to villages.

The rooms can get stuffy as there are only windows onto the inner courtyard. AC is available
