Be carful !!! Their Price is Double of the existing one in the same residence

nothing except the calm

The administrators of the premises were very rude, dishonest and materialistic. They double the price of accommodation compared to other apartments in the same residence. the beach was miserable, rocky and full of dirt

Amazing location and view, not clean and bad service

Location and view

Really bad service: The property manager disappeared after he received the total payment and didn’t pick up the phone: the apartment was not clean, there was a cockroach in the bathroom and one of the two tv’s didn’t work. They promised to solve it but they didn’t.. Sorry but that isn’t called service for your guests

All things aside I did love the property

Awesome staff, amazing view, anda great flow to the apartment. Very peaceful!

Some items need replacing or fixing. Torn duvet covers, closets in the hallway don't close, surfaces could have been cleaned better.

Amazing stay at The View

The name says it all, the view is amazing nearby the sea. With a small garden on the side, away from the center of the city, it couldn’t be more comfortable. The apartment was spacious, clean & warm. Especially due to the time we visited in the winter, the heater was essential. Nevertheless, I would like to sincerely thank our host Ahmed for his hospitality & flexibility during our stay at The View. He was helpful with a tour around the property explaining a lot. Finally, I would definitely recommend this beautiful spot in Tunis, Gammarth. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for another stay

My only comment about this property that was a bit difficult to us is that. Since it’s peaceful & quiet out there, obviously there aren’t going to be shops & restaurants nearby. Except, there was a restaurant in the same property, but we didn’t get the chance to pay it a visit. For my personal preferences, I only recommend that u have transportation to get your way thru. A taxi driver will do as well.
