Eine traumhafte Ruheoase in Sidi Bou Said

Das Maison Dedine ist eine traumhafte Ruheoase und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Team war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat uns auch bei Restaurantreservierungen, Taxifahrten und Ausflugstipps jederzeit geholfen. Das Zimmer war super schön mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und auch der Pool ist toll gelegen. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück, das jeden Morgen ein kulinarisch toller Start in den Tag war und uns sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder - Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Ruhiges Hotel in Toplage mit Topservice

Durch die persönliche und herzliche Atmosphäre und die sehr individuelle Betreuung haben wir uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Hotelmanagerin und das gesamte Team waren sehr zuvorkommend und außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Vordergrund steht hier das Wohlbefindendes Gastes. Das direkt am Meer gelegene Hotel befindet sich in einer äußerst ruhigen Lage und bietet einen phantastischen Blick auf das Meer und auf Cap Bon. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

One of the best experiences and most relaxing.

The staff, the location, the design, the quality of everything was exceptional. The service level and professionalism of Sana and her team as in Ons, Jihen and all the other staff is one of the highest we have experienced. And the little special gestures and nuances made it even more special such as arranging a surprise birthday cake for my partner as well as gifting her a book which she enjoyed during our stay just topped it all. Thanks to all at Maison Dedine, look forward to seeing you all again soon Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Exceptional place

Maison Dedine is more than a hotel or a simple accommodation. Staying here is a real luxurious experience that you do not get elsewhere in Tunisia. The staff is extremely nice and professional but, at the same time, lets you enjoy your experience in serenity. The breakfast is absolutely delicious with traditional Tunisian dishes made with so much love and delicacy. We will definitely come back.

Très agréable.

La vue est MAGNIFIQUE . Une véritable thérapie ! Un apaisement total ! La ville est incroyablement belle et très agréable à regarder . Le personnel de l’hôtel sont TOUS très serviables et gentils . Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec des gâteaux et un délicieux smoothie (pêche ,pommes et prune) . La piscine est trop jolie , ni trop petite ni trop grande .. elle est parfaite ! Vu sur le port + la mer .. que demander de plus ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié et joliment présenter. La maison est jolie et décorée avec soin ,un vrai musée. J’ai apprécié la délicate attention dans la chambre ( une rose rouge poser sur le lit ). J’ai réserver la chambre Bibi (Chambre De Luxe Vue sur Mer) qui est tout simplement génial. J’ai passé un bon moment à Sidi bousaid , un cadre tout simplement Magnifique !!!

Lors à du paiement à la fin du « séjour » je pensais être prélevé mais j’ai du payer les 380€ la nuit par carte bancaire. Le paiement a été établi en dinars tunisiens et non en Euros. Au final, j’ai payer 385,69€ au lieu de 380€ !

The property was location on the Mediterranean Sea with lots of windows seeing the view from every corner. It was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever seen.

A place where you will come back

My wife and I came here just after our wedding, not as a honeymoon but just to have a week of vacation after all the planning, organization, and stuff to do. It was the perfect place. Only 5 rooms, but each one has a particular character, the interiors, and the art they have is just amazing and completely within our tastes. We wanted to buy half the items on display there. The breakfast was just amazing. everything was fresh, and such a big choice. The staff was also so accommodating towards all our wishes, wether it was sleeping in a bit or helping with choices for restaurants and musea. We couldn't have wished for anything better and we will for sure come back when we visit Tunis again.

Frankly, nothing. I honestly could not give any bad remarks.

everything !! special thanks to the owner “ nabeel” and papa dedin for this beauty “ the dream that became true “ it’s not only a luxurious place, it’s a place where you live the owner’s memories and childhood. I enjoyed knowing the story from the amazing “sana “. i felt so special there, great welcoming great food great hospitality I really felt that i have a place in tunis and i will definitely go back again and again and would recommend this stay to people who admire. thank you for the small perfume, the dedin smell :”) i have a piece of that memory with me now !!

Wow, where to even start on Maison Dedine?! This Maison is honestly one of the most special places my family and I have ever stayed. Not only because of its incredible setting just on the water (we had a beautiful sunrise swim), the best fresh orange juices and breakfasts, being able to casually stroll up to Sidi Bou Said, the incredible interior design of the house and family stories, the real attention to detail (most delicious biscuits on bed in the evening, pillow sprays, mobile phones that you can take and use the data), but especially… the people! I have never met more kind or attentive hosts - so funny and honest and caring - going out of their way to take care of your every need. Real thanks! It’s so nice staying here because you feel like you’re at home, rather than a hotel. After a big day of visiting you can sit on the sofa in the beautiful living room, watching sunset, and reading a book on the many talented artists of Tunisia. Bref, this stay will be such an important part of your trip to Tunisia - it is truly a special gem - you do not find these often. Do not miss. Thank you again so much to the amazing Maison Dedine team! ❤️

If you’re heading Tunis, this is the place for you to stay! Simply magnificent!

This is one of the best boutique hotel I ever stayed! Very charming facility, wonderfully decorated with amazing sea views. My room was large and very comfortable with a sea view side balcony. The breakfast, a mix of buffet and a la carte service, was incredible The staff is just fantastic! All associates and managers weevery attentive, empathic and sympathetic. The entire time they were figuring out a way to make the stay even more enjoyable and make you feel better. My cell phone connection was poor in Tunis, so they made me available a mobile for phone and Uber (Bolt) calls. Drinks & snacks have been served at the pool balcony in my happy hours after city tours. what an experience!

Not necessarily a downside, but The location is a bit isolated. The nearest small downtown is about 20 minute walk uphills. There is a marina with a nice restaurant inside just 3 minute walk though.

Maison Dedine is the only boutique hotel in Tunisia that have the luxury service, this is my second stay in the hotel, and it will not be my last. From the first step inside started the WOW effect, I was received by Mr. Yassine, who presented very well the image of the place, responded to all my calls even when he was not working, and did his best to serve our needs. I was there with friends, impressed by everything in the place, the view of the sea and Jebel Boukornine, rooms, cleanliness, decoration, breakfast, and service.
