Exceptional

That was amazing to stay at this flat , everything was clean , owners Zrinka and her husband were very nice and pleasant - always are ready to help you in any questions and advice good places to visit at this region ! High recommendation for families with children cause there are toys at flat and also a sandbox for children outdoor + trampoline !

Beautiful Opatia

Very nice, we’ll equipped apartment. We couldn’t enjoy the garden as there were many mosquitos there in July. There’s everything you need for comfortable living. We enjoyed the location too - yes, a bit noisy but the path to the beach through park and those beautiful buildings is great!

Very big and comfortable apartment with a beautiful garden around + a nice terrace. Well-equipped kitchen. Walking distance from city center and the seaside.

Located next to big street - a bit noisy terrace and it sometimes took a while to leave the parking place

It's close to the sea, nearby is a beautiful park. They have a lots of toys, trampoline and a beautiful garden. House is fully equipped and very spacious with a big terrace. We have a wonderful time! The hosts are lovely 😘

We enjoyed the garden very much, great location.

Nice flat with toys for kids, amazing garden wit terrace, friendly owners and a parking place. Did I mention the amazing garden ? Because it is really greaaaaat :)

The flat is just above on of the main road. It is not a problem at night as the rooms are in the back of the flat, but the balcony can be noisy. Parking was a little technical for a beginner driver (Opatija is quite steep, the garden too !) With toddlers still using a stroller, going back from the beach to the flat walking has been quite challenging. After the first day, we decided to use the car even if everything is really nearby. That should not be a problem with older kids, though. If yuo have kids that walk correctly, you can easily go to Slatina beach through the beautiful Margarita park.

Good value for money

The hosts were very kind. There was a hand santizer at the entrance and the appartment was perfectly clean when we arrived. It has private parking space and good wifi coverage. The garden around the appartment is very beautiful.

The road between the appartment and the city center is very steep and not exactly comfortable for walking with a baby stroller.
