When revamped will be a nice place to stay

Ther was no breakfast even though it said that there was when we booked and we got no refund the hotel changed ownership during our stay so we didn't.t no who to speak to I think we should bee offered a refund because there was no breacfast

The room needed a revamp wardrobe was to small the sink was tiny and cramped

Lovely two night break

Very good hosts room was exceptionally clean in fact the whole hotel was. Short walk to the high street . Lovely little bar in the hotel would deffo book again thankyou

A reasonable bed and breakfast without the breakfast.

Bed was comfortable and the location was good. The owner/manager was very friendly

We were informed on arrival that there was no breakfasts. The price of the room was reduced but we found it inconvenient.

Clean and comfortable room, lovely host, convenient location

- Exceptionally clean - Convenient location, very close to the sea and the main shops - There’s a ceiling fan in the room, very helpful in the summer - The staff are very lovely and helpful, especially in offering to carry our luggage

- The water pressure of the shower in our room wasn’t as strong as we’d have liked

My facility and under-staff made my stay boring

The staff appeared friendly.

The bed was not made after each night, the room was not checked if it need cleaning after each night, bathroom facilities are poor, many times there was nobody in the reception and the probability is high that no one will attend to you if you need help or in trouble. Also, no refrigerator.

The beach and shops were walking distance.

There was no breakfast at this accommodation. The room was basic, the view was backing on to other flats and buildings. The shower was temperamental as the temperature of the water was either very hot or cold and the cubicle was small.

Enjoyable, relaxing stay in Paignton

Andy was very welcoming and helpful. Three Palms is close to the beaches, harbour, shops bus and railway stations. The room and en suite were bright and clean, bed and shower good, all on ground floor which was a bonus!

Tiny TV with poor picture - nothing else to dislike.

Kids say: "It was very nice there."

Family room was actually two joined rooms - lots of space. Clean, light - large windows and ceiling fan in one room helped keep us as cool as possible in heatwave. Kid friendly in whole property, including bar. Excellent location to beach and town, nice few minutes walk.

Great hotel and location

Andy was a very friendly host. The facilities in the room were great, including tea/coffee making facilities. Free parking was very good. Free WiFi which worked well. Great location, close to the beach, town centre, bus and train stations. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely return if visiting Paignton again.

Great place to stay

it was very relaxing with a good atmosphere the sun deck at the front was great and spent a lot of time there in the evenings. it was a massive plus being able to park my car for free. If im back in Paignton again i would definitely try and book up again

Shame there was not brakfast option but other than that it was great
