Beetje jammer....

Goede locatie, mooie kamers. Maar ze zijn aan het verbouwen, daardoor zwembad onder de stof en zaagsel restaurant en bar afgeplakt met folie voor de stof enz enz. Jammer genoeg niet aangegeven van te voren.

Bon hôtel au milieu du centre

Très bon emplacement de l’hôtel et prêt de tout absolument tout, à 2min à pied du port, Le personnel est accueillant et serviable Petit déjeuner bon et varié

La salle de bain => Fuite d’eau dans la douche, ce qui laisse le sol tout mouillé et ça coule jusqu’au toilettes + une odeur épouvantable des égouts Lors de la réservation il était indiqué qu’un frigidaire était inclus et à notre surprise nous ne l’avons pas trouvé, nous avons dû réclamer 3 fois de suite vers l’après midi pour pouvoir l’avoir finalement le soir. Les draps étaient troués Chambre en bas et vue sur rien du tout Mauvaise insonorisation Piscine salle Chaises dans la salle à manger cassée et dangereuse

Fabulous stay, good value for money

We had a fabulous stay in the Marc excellent location super close to the port. Really nice rooms very comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we needed to change our dates. nice breakfast in the mornings. good value for money highly recommend

my only fault would very little space around the pool

If money not an issue just pick another resort nearby!

Close to terminal & convenience store.

Overall the hospitality was really bad, expecting international level hospitality since Gili T is a tourist attraction! The staff were not properly train on how to provide good customer service! The room really stuffy and if u choose to stay here request to stay in upper level! On top of toilet looks like havent properly clean for ages! Just go for breakfast outside the hotel, even cafe nearby served better quality food!

Staff were fantastic and very accommodating

Hotel is very expensive in comparison to other competitive hotels/resorts on the island. Breakfast is average. We were given a room that got slammed with sun all through the day - causing the AC not to be able to keep up. We spoke to the staff and they were nice enough to move us which we were so grateful for!! Overall average experience and wouldn’t book again, not worth it for the cost

The room was great and staff were lovely! But if you were like me and partying you’re better off getting a hostel private room or something. same same tbh..

the highlight of our trip, amazing location and couldn’t have been better ☺️🎉

right on the happening part of the island (so worth it just for the amazing location!!!). Crepes, corned souviners, bicycle hire for 50k available just as you step out the hotel. Beautiful pool and view of Gili meno and Gili Air from the restaurant area. Client room with prompt service and great shower. Breakfast smoothie bowls were tasty and hotel helped arrange snorkelling excursion

very comfortable bed had a great sleep, great shower, staff were very friendly

the restaurant food was really delicious but the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. There was not much of a selection, the food was cold, we ended up not eating the breakfast at all

Great location and beautiful rooms.

Great location

Majority of the hot selection for breakfast was always cold. Booked the more expensive room and was checked into the cheaper room. However when I said something when I realised they did apologise and offered to change us straight away.
