Una opció excel.lent per quan vas a Gili Air

Tot! Excepcional. Ideal de la sortida de sol a la platja just davant de l'hotel. Ofereixen de tot: canvi de moneda, bicis, moto, snorkel..i 10 min de massatges d'obsequi. Personal molt simpàtic

El menjar del restaurant (excepte esmorzar) no està a l'alçada de la resta

Great rooms and facilities. Breakfast literally on the beach and the staff were great. Would highly recommend.

The only slight criticism is that there was no fresh coffee or alcohol served at the bar, but no big deal as plenty of other places to go to get this.

Exceptional

A perfect place to relax and unwind. You wake up to the sound of the ocean, walk 30 meters for a morning swim in the clear blue water before a fresh juice and eggs for breakfast. Then use the snorkelling equipment to swim out to the coral reef just put the front of the accomodation and see turtles and fish - just like swimming in an aquarium. For the afternoon hire a bike and explore the other side of the island for sunset cocktails.

Fantastic I hope we can visit again

Staff were fantastic, the location and pool were fantastic too. The air conditioning worked very well. We could watch turtles surfacing next to us while we ate dinner.

* Amazing staff, always friendly and with a smile * Comfortable rooms, good water pressure from the shower and hot water * Great location for snorkeling * Breakfast at the beach * Place is being upgraded, looks beautiful (2nd stay for us) * Sturdy bikes for rent * Medical clinic around the corner (was useful for us) Thank you Yanti and the rest of the staff!

Great value for money at peaceful location great for snorkling

Great resort. My bedroom was a good size and very comfortable. The complimentary snacks and water they provide at the room are great and they refilled it every day! The staff was extremely kind and very helpful, always with a smile in their face and happy to help at any moment.

It rained very strongly on my last night and my bedroom had a leak, the walls could do with a bit of a paint too. The tab system could be improved, at check-out when I checked my bill there were a lot of items that had not been ordered by me, so maybe if they created a system where you sign a docket before they put something on you room tab that might avoid this situation. The staff was very helpful with the situation though and everything was fixed.

A very enjoyable stay in a cute resort

We LOVED this resort. the staff was extremely courteous and here to help. We loved all the commentary snacks and drinks refilled everyday and the place looked stunning. I loved the dressing room.

The shower needs maybe replacement but it’s all I can fault !

The location is amazing and the facilities considering the price range. There was a mini fridge, a TV, complimentary drinks and snacks, a nice pool and it is one minute from the sea.

- The bathroom is in the back of the room and technically outside. Meaning that every time it is raining and you want to use it, you get wet. - It would be nice to have another layer of curtains because the current one are blocking all the light, and if you keep them open there is no privacy since all rooms are in front of the main walking alley. - the room was sparkling clean except the mini fridge which was super dirty.

amazing beach front bungalows

the beach front bungalows are excellent. they are very modern, clean and have a sea view. we loved our stay there. we had to spend one night in the normal room and didn’t like it. it’s not so modern and it’s a bit dark. the bathroom doesn’t look so nice like in the bungalow. the community pool is ok. we would come back for the beach front bungalow for sure, very good value for money! and the staff is so friendly, very kind people.

the normal room was too dark and not so modern and well done like the beach front bungalow.

Amazing, comfortable stay in the tranquil Gili Air

everything!! the staff were amazing, always welcoming us back after going out with “welcome home” they couldn’t do enough to help. the location was perfect, right on the beachfront but the pool was set back which was great as it meant it was quieter. the room was clean, spacious and modern. AC worked very well! would highly recommend and would return :)

Great beach side property, perfect for couples

All the staff were amazing and very friendly. The rooms were nice and there is a good pool. it is right on the beach which is great for sunrise. You can rent bikes, paddle boards and snorkels from Kaluku which is very handy!

Great location but about 20 min walk from the main area/ port - not a bad thing but hard to get to with suitcases!

the most perfect stay. kaluku is a must stay !!!!!

for a start the staff are absolutely amazing! from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out we were so amazed by the service we received. so many extras that made our journey, complimentary bottles of water and snacks in the room! Free use of snorkel for 2 hours which really suited us. we did our laundry and it smelt absolutely unreal! when leaving to go to the port they give us two bikes to ride so that they could ride behind us to take our luggage for us!!! we couldn’t believe it! so so unbelievably happy with our stay! will be recommending to everyone!!!

Good destination in Gili Air

We had a cabin in front of the ocean: we could experience the sun raising and the beauty of the landscape (across the sea, you can observe the hills of Lombock Island). We liked the shower experience in the open (no roof on top of us). People were very friendly with us and breakfast was in line with our expectations

2 things we didn't really like: - the hotel is surrounded by other hotel / lodge while, based on pictures, we thought it would be more isolated. - we had to ask the keeper to change our towels, provide us with toilet paper and clean our room...
