loved our holiday can’t wait to return

We are a family of four and travelled with our 5 year old and 2 year old and found the apartment very safe, so clean, very spacious. 10 mins via taxi from Alicante airport was a huge plus to us. The kitchen fully equipped , bathrooms spacious and so clean. Wardrobes huge and beds very comfortable we all slept well every night and air con fab. As fabulous as the apartment is inside the outside private space is equally large and well kitted out with 6 seat outdoor dining table and lounge area. Heated rooftop infinity pool was divine and staff in pool bar were super everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Playground in complex is lovely too. Beach was one of nicest we’ve ever been too perfect sandcastles all week long. We can’t wait to return. Our host met us on arrival all perfect.

only downfall was no supermarket nearby. when we return we will order large shop for home delivery on arrival from Mercadona supermarket online.

Top class!!

Everything about the villa was top class. The space in the apartment and balcony. Maria was so helpful with everything. This is one of the best places we have stayed. And the view from the balcony is out of this world.

Size of apartment. Modern and clean interior. Outdoor areas and pool areas. Proximity to the beach.

Patio furniture in apartment has seen better days, could do with an upgrade. Poor bus service serving local area and impossible to get taxis, e.g., left stranded in Grand Alacant at 10pm, not exactly late

Short two night stay.

The above is being very picky, but I also review with a 10 being absolutely perfect. The host was great, very accommodating and welcoming and very helpful in showing us where to park, where the room was etc. Facilities themselves are very nice, modern and clean, and I would definitely say that they are in the deluxe classification. Pool bar was good, but very busy. Kids pool was great, but only 4 sunbeds for the whole area. Would definitely return.

Far too many rules in the complex itself. For example no ice-cream by the pool area and food/drinks in very specific places. The specific places were too busy to find seats, and there was nowhere near enough sunbeds to cater for the amount of people. Nearest supermarket is small, and is quite a walk away, so worth nothing if you have people who aren't able to walk well.

The house was in very good condition. It has a great view and a pool with slides which is a lot of fun for children.
