The penthouse apartment is exactly as advertised. Two spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Whilst one bedroom gets an ensuite the other gets a balcony. Access to the flat was a breeze with brilliant communication from the hosts. The showers were incredible and the amenities were just what were needed. Brilliant atmosphere being in the middle of old town but thanks to the sound proofed windows little to no noise. The secluded rooftop terrace was a perfect place to soak in the nights atmosphere. Everything from markets, bars and restaurants were less than a 5 minute walk away. Would wholly recommend.
The only thing I could possibly fault was a broken plug socket and a lack of oven, but that's far from enough to stop me coming back!

the kitchen had a large selection ofcondiments, which was a nice touch. The apartment is centrally located, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to beaches and trains. We received useful recommendations and places of interest before our stay.
1. The toilet often didn't flush and would only work if you waited for about an hour. This was inconvenient, especially after certain uses.
2. The curtains had missing rings/hooks, causing them to hang down and let light in, waking us up early each day. Despite contacting them on the first day, and their attempt to fix it on the second day, nothing changed.
3. The WiFi code provided didn't work. Although United Renters sent a different one promptly, updating the cards in the rooms would prevent this issue.
4. Instructions for the microwave/combi oven in multiple languages would be helpful as we couldn't use it due to the lack of instructions.
5. We weren't aware that room cleaning and towel changes weren't automatic. During our 10-night stay, we had to request a towel change and the room wasn't cleaned, or bedding changed at all during the stay. This is the response I got when I asked for a towel change Alright we will pass by when we have a moment. “The service is paid by each guest in every reservation, but it´s on every check-out. So whenever we have an exit of course the service is done. Your reservation is for 10 days, we dont have a problem in passing by to make the change, just that if it´s every two days we do have to charge. For the change of all towels and beddings would be 10euros”
6. They provided a small dustpan and brush was inadequate, and I couldn't use them due to a medical condition.
7. Our early check-in request was declined because the room was occupied, which is understandable, but we didn't receive the promised notification when it was ready and ended up checking in at 3pm

Übersetzungsfehler im positiven Sinn: kein Gemeinschaftsbad! 😀 Großzügiges Badezimmer zur alleinigen Benutzung, sehr große Dusche.

Super zentrale Lage! In den umliegenden Häuserblocks findet man zahlreiche nette Bars und Möglichkeiten gut zu Essen! Direkte Nähe zur Explanada! Castillo zu Fuß ohne Probleme erreichbar!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft: mit Taxi ca. 15 min (29€). Retour mit dem öffentlichen Bus (3.70€/P).
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

The hosts hospitality. Took my partner for our annivesary and they made it ever so special and helped me arrange a surprisel. Speedy responses and a very nice clean place with all utensils available!

Konum çok iyiydi, her yere rahatlıkla ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. Oda temizdi ve gerekli her şey vardı. Rahattı. Bolca balkonuyla keyifliydi. Ne zaman yardıma ihtiyacımız olsa çok güzel ilgilendiler. Bol miktarda kahve vardı, bu önemliydi bizim için :) Sürekli iletişim ve güler yüz için Paola'ya ve tüm ekibe çok teşekkür ederiz.
Klima odayı ısıtma konusunda biraz yetersiz kalıyordu. İlk kullandığımız yorgan çok terletiyordu ama yenisini verdiler ve o oldukça rahattı.

In the heart of Alicante, you step outside and it’s in the middle of the city. But yet at night the street is quite and the apartment is located in a very safe area.
I loved everything about the place!

The apartment was immaculate. We stayed in studio 2 and the host was responsive prior to our stay. Great location to explore Alicante and lovely attention to detail. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Never stayed in Alicante city centre it was too noisy for us during the night with the streets being cleaned and rubbish / recycling bins emptied.
But must say the apartment was first class and central to everything you would want in Alicante ,food , drink , transport.

Our contact was through Paula, by text and mobile phone, and she helped us get access and was very helpful.
We were there six nights and, although it was well equipped and clean, the towels weren't changed during that time.

The apartment was spacious for 2 couples, with excellent outdoor space. It was close to the beach & a number of bars/restaurants & mini markets. Communication with Paola was excellent. She helped with an earlier check-in & a transfer back to the airport. Close to the sea front & a selection of bars/restaurants.

the location of the property was so central. and it was beautiful flat
unfortunately the smell of smoke when we arrived in the property was unbearable. it was fixed by the owner pretty quickly. the hot water wasn’t working. the stench of the fridge was so overpowering, we couldn’t really use it.

Manager & host Patrick was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, including booking a taxi back to the airport for us (€22 Jan 23). Superb service from him, very easy to contact, responds within minutes. His English / Spanish is excellent.
The location is convenient for both the beach and the city centre (both about 5 mins walk away). Also nearby are mini-stores, supermarkets and restaurants. The area has a very safe feel to it except for Friday and Saturday nights.
The Penthouse apartment was very clean, beds were very comfy with firm mattresses, towels etc nice and soft, wifi worked well (20MBS), and the two roof terraces were a nice feature. Very easy access on arrival, and Patrick provides a walk through video on how to get in. Lift worked well and gives direct access to the apartment. Internal noise from other apartments was very low, although you could hear the extractor fan in their toilet as a low hum. The dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer worked very well, we appreciated the provision of dishwasher tablets and washing liquids.
If you are there Sunday night to Friday morning, you will have a good time.
So why is the score only 7? Well, we stayed 11 nights, which included 2 weekends. What is not mentioned is that the apartment is in close proximity to several nightclubs, and the street noise from the clubbers is extremely disturbing. Additionally, there is a low bass beat which you can hear and is hard to ignore. They also stay open until around 7am!!! The soundproofing is quite inadequate in this respect. One morning the side street overlooked by the apartment resembled a war zone with broken glass etc, and the street smelt strongly of urine before the council (?) hosed it down. There are plenty of police around during the day, but none to be seen Fri / Sat evening. Also, there is a bin collection at 1:30am and 3am every day, although this is over with quickly.
Other points - the kitchen does not have an oven, which is strange. It does have a microwave / oven combi, but this is very small and the display has been broken since July, so difficult to use unless you are just after the push button function to heat coffee etc. Minor point just to note, it is not obvious which is the door to the internal staircase, and you need to leave the keys in the door in case you need a quick exit during the night in case of fire etc.
