Ottimo soggiorno

L’Host è stato super gentile. Ha aspettato il nostro arrivo nonostante fosse tardi e ci ha accolto con estrema cordialità. La vicinanza all’aeroporto lo rende super comodo per le ultime notti prima della partenza. La camera era spaziosa e pulita.

A dire il vero non ho trovato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto

Excellent location for a short stay near Incheon airport

The location is very close to the Incheon airport, really convenient for a layover stay. Clean room, easy checkin and checkout, facilities are sufficient enough. Staff is friendly and helpful.

There is no lift in the house so you need to carry your stuff using the staircase.

Great value for the price.

Easy self check in with door codes given so arriving late (after midnight) was not a problem. The floors are wooden instead of carpeted, which lent a cleaner feel to the place.

The bathroom was a bit small but given the price of the place this is a minor complaint.

Tolle Erfahrung

Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, um den Weg zum Flughafen zu verkürzen. Ich war positiv überrascht. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hat versucht alles gut zu erklären, da er wenig Englisch sprach. Man versteht ihn aber super und er hat von allen Türcodes Bilder geschickt. Das Gästehaus ist sauber und groß. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist gepflegt und mit Kameras versehen. Die Zimmer können mit einem Türcode geöffnet werden. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und ordentlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Waschmaschine konnte kostenlos benutzt werden und alle Küchenschränke waren beschriftet. Um das Gästehaus zu finden, hat man mir vorher einen YouTube Link geschickt, wo alles erklärt wurde. Es ist sehr ruhig nachts und wenn die anderen Gäste auch leise sind, bekommt man kaum was von ihnen mit. Da das Gästehaus keinen Aufzug hat, wurde aber alternativ eine Kofferrampe installiert. Der Besitzer hat mir auch geholfen meinen Koffer die letzten Stufen hoch zu tragen. Der Ort in der Umgebung ist klein und ruhig, möchte man mehr "Action" geht man einfach auf die andere Seite der Unseo Station. Kann mir gut vorstellen, dieses Gästehaus irgendwann nochmal zu buchen.

Das Zimmer ist sehr feucht und an den Fensterfugen befindet sich Schimmel. Habe die ganze Zeit das Fenster im Bad offen gelassen, damit es nicht so feucht riecht. Der Weg zum Gästehaus ist etwas schwer. Man muss am Schotterplatz vorbei, sodass viele Steine den Koffer blockieren. Die Bordsteine sind nicht immer abgesenkt, sodass man oft den Koffer heben muss.

空港から近くて便利です。

空港からのアクセスが良い。部屋もオートロックでチェックアウトなどが楽。部屋も共用スペースも綺麗でした。

駅から少し歩く。荷物がなかったらよいが、重いスーツケースを持っており雨が降っていたので、辛かったです。

Reluciente!

Nuevo y reluciente, super cómodo, a pocas cuadras de la estación del tren que lleva al aeropuerto en 20 minutos. Había todo lo necesario, la realidad era mucho mejor que en las fotos, el anfitrión fue amable y expeditivo, recomiendo!

مكان مميز بالقرب من المطار

قريب جداً من المطار، تأخذ القطار إلى أول محطة وبعدها تمشي ٥ دقائق وتصل للمكان. يوجد مطاعم ومحلات بجانب المكان. طبعاً السبب الوحيد للسكن في هذا الفندق هو قربه من مطار سيئول، لذلك هو خيار ممتاز لو لديك رحلة صباحية مبكرة أو لو وصلت متأخراً.

Good value, simple stay near the airport.

My plane was scheduled to arrive at 930pm, which meant I was supposed to do self check-in as the reception closes at 10pm. It took me almost 90 minutes to clear immigration so it was almost midnight by the time I reached the guesthouse and to my surprise the owner was still around to help me carry my luggage up and show me to my room. Very appreciative of the good service! Room was decent and clean. Basics were provided like towels, slippers, body wash, shampoo, toothbrush etc. In the common area there were also stuff like Q-tips and various lotions. Water cooler, washing machine and a fairly well-equipped kitchen was available. Generally a good place to stay the night if you have an early or late flight. It was easy to find, walking from Unseo station.

Pretty good and easy to reach

- The bed was reasonably comfortable - Towels, body soap and shampoo are freely available - There is a fully equipped kitchen with free coffee and tea - Only a few minutes of subway away from Incheon International Airport, but very quiet at night - There are two convenience shops nearby which are still open after 10/11 PM

- The shower looked a bit awkward, being basically one with the sink instead of having its own corner or cabin. This wasn't that big of an issue though - You need to buy a public transport card and charge it with some money before leaving the airport in order to reach this place. It is not particularly expensive, but it can be time-consuming and you will need to ask for the details at the airport's information counter

とても良かったです！！また利用させていただきます。

早朝便で帰国の為宿泊しました。雲西駅から徒歩10分ぐらいの位置にあって、近くにコンビニもありました。 22時前ぐらいに到着したのですが、管理人さんが出迎えてくれ荷物を運んでくれました。室内はとても綺麗でベッドも大きく、清潔感もありとても良かったです！日本語が喋れる点も安心できました。夜だったので周りはとても静かでした。

Confortable, propre. Flexibilité des horaires pour le check-in et le check-out, d’autant plus que l’hôte est très aimable. Il nous a aidé à monter les valises (4 grosses valises) et nous a proposé un service taxi aéroport pour un prix très raisonnable. On ne peut pas s’attendre à un meilleur service !!

トランジットでの宿泊に最適♪

チェックインの際、日本語で対応してもらえたのがありがたかった。床暖房で部屋は快適、モダンな雰囲気。近くに色んなレストランがあり、雲西駅からも遠くなく、リーズナブル。

承知していたので私は必要なかったが、トイレと仕切りのないシャワーのみ。

Super gelegen zum Flughafen

Nahe bei der Metro , von da sind es nur zwei Stationen bis zum Flughafen. Zu Fuß sind es gerade mal 10 Minuten. Schöne Dach Terrasse. Sehr netter Vermieter, hat super geklappt mit einchecken. Viele Läden zum Essen vor Ort.

民宿离地铁站不远，步行很方便，楼下就有一家CU，买东西也方便，因为延误航班过了规定入住时间，发消息跟房东说明后默默耐心等待我的到来，并在看到我的第一时间就帮忙接过我的行李箱，真的是太感谢了！房间很宽敞，可以容纳三个行李箱同时打开，床和卫生间都非常干净，镜子也没有水渍很完美，总之这三晚很满意，有机会还会再来，也会推荐给去云西的朋友，Tree house！你们很棒！

如果有电梯可能就无敌满分了！

Very clean, cosy and conveniently located room

Conveniently located ca. 5 min from the Unseo station, just off the airport. Lots of coffee and convenience stores (working till late). Very clean and cosy room.

The room doesn't have a real laptop desk. There's a small table, but too low to comfortably work on your PC and there is no socket to charge your PC anywhere close to this small table.

Удобное расположение. Рядом метро, несколько магазинов и кафе. Оплачивал наличными. Хозяин встретил меня, рассказал о правилах проживания. Это приятно. Номера небольшие, но для 1 ночи в самый раз. Было обидно, что некоторые постояльцы не соблюдали правила проживания и включили чайник и раковину на кухне после 24 часов, хотя в правилах проживания было указано, что шуметь после 22 нельзя. Но это вопрос не к хозяину, а к постояльцам.

Было немного грязно в номере. Не понравились волосы прошлый постояльцев. И немного странное постельное белье, будто не хватало простыни

深夜早朝便を使う方は是非！！

・チェックイン時間よりも遅くなると伝えると部屋への入り方等親切にチャットしてくれたり、部屋の電気をつけてくれていたり、ホストと顔を合わせることはなかったが非常に親切だと思った。・雲西駅から歩いて10分程度、バックパック担いで歩いてもきつくない距離で良いロケーション。付近にコンビニもあります。・部屋は清潔で掃除が行き届いてますし、広めの共用エリアにはキッチン洗濯機荷物スケールなどなど一通りは揃っています。

・夜遅くになるとホテル周辺は若干明かりが少ない

Gerçekten hem çalışanlar hemde odalar çok temiz ve düzenliydi.Sıcaklık gayet iyi havalandırmalar da iyi çalışıyordu.Banyosu yatağı heryer çok temizdi ve ortak salonda ihtiyacınız olan herşey mevcut.Tüm çalışanlara yardımları için teşekkür ediyorum.Kesinlikle bir daha incheon da kalırsam burayı tercih ederim

Clean Guesthouse. Spacious Room. Helpful Staff. Accessible.

A few minutes walk from Unseo Station, this place is also accessible to a lot of cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, laundry and lotte mart. This place is also 10-15 minute drive away from Incheon International Airport. Although the guesthouse itself doesn’t have an elevator, it compensates for a luggage conveyor for those who have a lot suitcases while traveling. The room is also cleaned everyday by default and towels are changed. The airport drop off service is also very convenient and mid-priced.

Comfortable, clean, well-located accomodation close to the airport.

Conveniently located near to the airport in a neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and a big supermarket. Check-in procedures were clear with good communication from the host. Basic clean and comfortable accommodation, ideal for a long layover at the airport.

We realized once getting into bed that there were no sheets -- just an electric mattress pad and comforter. This was probably just an oversight by housecleaning.

The room was very clean and spacious. I felt comfortable in the room and neighborhood. They even had umbrellas to borrow and a machine to take your luggage up and down the stairs.

Great!

The place is within walking distance from Unseo station and is close to the Incheon International Airport. We just stayed for one night for catching our flight next morning. It is a room in an apartment with shared kitchen facility. Our stay was pleasant and the owner was very kind and helpful.
