Amazing place. Beautiful, clean, and full of amenities and all kinds of things needed to make a stay comfortable. The host made sure to make the place as comfortable and as homely as possible. Free water and snacks as well as all kind of toiletries. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept into. Parking is provided and it's just a short walk away. Very convenient and accessible 24/7 with the parking pass. It was one of the nicest stays I've had.

This is a great option in Atlanta. The space was very comfortable and clean, with tons of amenities, for way less than a hotel. I stayed 6 nights for a conference and found the location very convenient to the convention center. It was also walkable to all the attractions I wanted to see in my free time. There were bottles of water and snacks left for me. I always try to make sure that anywhere I stay will be quiet, because I'm a very light sleeper, and this place had zero street noise, and only very minimal morning noise from neighbors (I think from the water pipes) but never any music or talking or anything. Some prior reviewers said they didn't feel great about the neighborhood, but I never had an issue as a solo female traveler, even when coming back quite late one night. I think for anyone used to being in a major city this location will feel totally safe.
As some reviewers have mentioned, it would be great to have hooks in the bathroom for towels, and the height of the bed could be an issue if you have mobility challenges, but those were tiny things from my perspective! Note that you will need to take out your trash, remove the sheets, etc., the way some Airbnbs request. The fact that you need to tell the concierge that you are "visiting" the host, rather than staying there for a short-term rental, made me wonder if perhaps short-term rentals aren't allowed in this building. But I hope the listing stays because it's a great option!

Location and parking
We found it very cluttered. It basically was an airb&b. Bathroom needs personnel things removed and need a remodel very small.
Main room too much furnature.

Calvin was a welcoming host who made his best guess at trying to consider all the circumstances met by a guest. You can't always foresse everything, yet he managed to get me through the small hurdles of checking-in or accessing the parking. So don't be afraid of the massive amount of [system-generated] messages he will send : they are a treasure trove of information.
Some hurdles to check-in or access the parking were met. Nothing too complicated, but enough to consider when adding on top of a tiring trip.
While the Samone's certainly sits in downtown Atlanta, at close walking distance from many useful facilities (MARTA train station, restaurants, touristic venues), the neighboring streets may certainly look disturbing both past sunset and in daytime. This district in Atlanta would benefit from some help! The Samone's is not to blame here, of course.

Location was great. Loved the decor, bed was very comfortable, the many amenities such as snacks, water, and coffee, bathroom toiletries. The security of the building and parking was great. Unit was very clean, I highly recommend this place. The owner was gracious, kind, and very easy to get ahold of if need be. We would definitely come here again.
Hooks on the back of the bathroom door would have been nice. But honestly, there was nothing we didn't like.

Our goal was to visit venues in downtown Atlanta and this location was just what the doctor ordered! So many entertainment and dining options within walking distance, we only wish we had more time to explore more of them!
We found the location very safe and secure, but must admit, the number of homeless camping out on the streets and in the park across the street was a bit unsettling. We would have loved to enjoy an evening stroll through the park, but frankly did not feel comfortable doing so.

I showed up at the address given at the time of booking. THERE WAS NO SUCH BUSINESS LOCATED AT THIS ADDRESS. No signage identifying said location. I then went to the address next door to the one given, which looked to be an apartment building. The person behind the desk in the lobby replied that she knew nothing about Socially Savvy Atlanta. She had never heard of them. I then checked my documents received from Booking.com. There was no phone number to call for problems. After hitting a dead end I gave up after an hour and a half. At 8pm at night I began looking for a hotel with 3 suitcases in tow and on foot. Found a nice Marriott about 2 blocks away.
The following day (maybe 2) I got a call from the owner of said business wanting to know how my check in went and if I liked the room. I shared with him the problem for which he had a host of replies but none of which addressed the core issue. I asked for a refund. He side stepped the issue. To date I have not received one. Still have all the documentation I received to verify everything. I'm out over $500. A most unpleasant experience.

the unit was very cozy and quiet! perfect size. the owner was very nice and helpful due to my anxiety over the location. the use of a parking card was awesome. the bed was extremely comfortable for my husband and I. very conveniently located to downtown and a Walgreens across the street.
the location was a little sketchy, very dark at night. I would not stay here alone. The refrigerator was not clean had rotten shrimp from previous occupants. the bathroom light went out first night we were there, so we just used a lamp. the garbage can was not clean either. the smell of marijuana in the hall from other tenants was very strong. did not bother us, but may bother others.

4 C's Calvin's Condo is the best-stocked place I have been to.

By the end, we were trying to find something that they do not have.
We discovered it!
They do not have European electricity plugs - HOW RUDE!
It is not a room with a view. One cannot open windows. We came during winter from Chicago, and being out, feeling the warm air, was one of the nice things for us in Atlanta. So maybe to us, it means more to be able to open windows and feel the warm air come in, than it would to someone, say from Florida.
Having said that, if we visit Atlanata again, we would stay in 4 C's Calvin's Condo.

Our stay was wonderful. The communication was great from start to finish. The condo was within walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Stadium and many other downtown attractions. The entire time we felt safe and taken care of. The condo has so many little extras that made our star even more comfortable, like bottles of water, coffee, and snacks. The free parking was a huge plus for us and the parking garage is very close to the condo. What made our day was when Calvin answered his phone at 9:45 pm after we had already checked out that morning. we had left our car in the parking garage on the day we checked out and purchased a ticket to do so. But we didn’t know we had to keep the ticket with us. When we returned to the garage at 9:45 pm that night to get our car and drive home, the garage doors were shut and we had no way to get our car. In desperation, we called Calvin and not only did he answer, he immediately offered to help and within 10 minutes we had our car and were on the road. Calvin went over and above the call of duty to help us with a huge smile and it made our day. we couldn’t be more grateful for this family and the way they care for their guests. We were so delighted to meet Calvin and we are eager for our next stay!

this was such a great get away spot! Everything was clean and organized! Even though this is a building with other people staying in it, it was so quiet and felt like a getaway!
The best part is the customer service that is provided! Calvin was attentive and responsive to all my questions.
A tip!!! Please request the parking! It was a great add on for us and made the stay easy and less stressful. It was hard to find parking outside but we didn’t have to worry about that!
This property was also conveniently stocked with everything you need from cotton balls to wine!
This won’t be our last time here!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. The building felt secure and parking garage was just a block away. Condo is in walking distance from most downtown attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay again when visiting Atlanta!

I liked that the host was very detailed and attentive in giving us directions as well as helping us when we needed it. The place was in a great location considering we were attending a concert at the State Farm Arena. The complimentary snacks and other supplies were very thoughtful and accommodating.

Security into building, key fob to unlock outside door and use elevator, roof too view, comfortable furniture, king bed, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom just right-good water pressure, welcoming warm feel, nicely decorated, location easy walk to downtown and access to public transportation, we used Uber, Lyft, rail, our legs (ha ha). Atlanta downtown is clean, lovely, well patrolled without feeling like it is.
Truthfully we couldn't think of anything we didn't like. It was probably the most comfortable places we have stayed in thirty years.
