We booked a vacation at another location and wanted to come earlier. I searched again and found Georgianne Inn. I landed

Not worth the price!

Location

Room wasn’t properly clean. I found a drink can in the window, chip bag in the sofa bed, bathroom floor was full of hair and dust, toilets weren’t clean, room mattresses were full of stains , sofa bed mattress was also full of stains and had an odor, patio furniture cushions were also stained really bad, suite was not worth the price

A Crap hole!!!

The pool area was nice.

The apartment was a complete crap hole! I will never stay there again. Your feet got filthy just walking on the carpet. Lots of things did not work.

My family stayed for a short memorial for my Mother. The room and pool was clean and was in walking distance to the beac

Close to everything! If you are in good health you can park and walk to every thing Tybee. Loved the location!

Low water pressure in the shower was not conducive to washing long or thick hair after a wonderful day at the beach.

Would NOT recommend

Room was damp and musty. Carpet and bedding felt damp. It was dark. No screens on windows, dehumidifier running in the room was full and we had to empty. Smell was horrendous. Dead flies on inside window ledges. Had to take my father in law to who is on oxygen to a clinic due to poor air quality. Check in and Breakfast was at another location down the block. Checked out in am after one night. Staff refunded 15% for the night stayed and 2 additional nights for the 2 rooms we checked out of. Horrible experience.

Quick but delightful stay!

The king size bed was super comfortable! Very close and easy walk to the beach

Dead cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived. I know ya can’t always help bugs but this was yucky.

Was NOT pleasurable.

Location to beach.

Room was like a dungeon. Moldy, dirty and noisy. The pool area was not clean. Nothing seemed sanitized. When we complained third day in a row. Manager did make it a little better by crediting back one night stay. Definitely put a damper on our vacation.

Fantastic!

The location can’t be beat. About a block off the beach, on a path. Restaurants, bars, entertainment were all within walking distance. The property is lovely. I loved the layout of our suite. The suite is tucked up under stairs for the upstairs suites, so not much view, but the property is set up with multiple outdoor seating areas and is very pretty. We sat outside and almost felt like we were the only ones there. The pool was fantastic - clean, just the right temperature, with lovely landscaping all around. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Location was great. Pool area very clean.

No staff on property. Had to go to another location to check in and out. Power went out at 11:30p through the night, so no air conditioning or refrigerator, cell phone or wifi. To be fair there was a downed electric pole and 6000 people lost power. Hallway outside of room very musty! The room was ok, not great. You are paying for location.

We loved the setup of the room and the location. On the fence about returning considering the price.

We were not able to have breakfast at the property. We stayed at the Georgianne inn.

Essentials in the room. We had 1/2 roll of toilet paper when we arrived and no extra one. We didn’t have a blanket on the bed just a sheet and coverlet. No hand towels. We called down to the Desoto and they sent someone over to bring us the items that should have been in the room. I realize that it was spring break but the noise from the upstairs guests was terrible.

Lovely beach hotel, perfect for a relaxing stay by the ocean.

The place was perfectly located with easy beach access. It was a quaint little beach hotel that was ideal for a short stay. The staff was beyond helpful and kind. The grounds were kept up nice and the room had everything we needed.

You could tell this was an older beach building because there was some moisture smell in the room. Some things could be updated. I also wish I knew I had to check in at a different location, not at the inn.

Loved the space and the close proximity to the beach!

The property is beautiful and is within a short walking distance to the beach. The room had plenty of space for the two adults and three kids that stayed. We only stayed one night as we were traveling through, but definitely will be back in the future for a longer stay!

The property was clean and had some updates, only downfall is the unit could benefit from new carpet. Also, did not know to check in at Desoto Beach Hotel instead of the property.

very disappointing bc it was GREAT before Desota took ownership

the location, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

I didn’t like having to check in and out all the way down at the Desota Hotel. the room smelled like a porta-potty, the carpet was damp and when I walked on it my feet turned black. The overall feel of the room was a humid musty basement. every time I walked into my room I was grossed out! The people above us had kids and you could hear them running and walking late at night and very early in the morning. super annoying!

Fairly roomy, clean.

In essence it was a basement room. Dark, few windows. The largest window looked out on a wall. The walkway accessing the room was piled with furniture, carpets, etc. Off season, so doing renovations, I guess? Otherwise the apt had a fair amount of space, clean aside from the bugs. Plenty of palmetto bugs. Again, off season, so treatments must have lapsed. Had to ask myself, if the room was so poorly located (a basement at the beach???) , putting us in the middle of a renovation, and not controlled for pests, why did they think it was OK to rent this to us? Had I known the circumstances in advance, there's no way I would have taken this. But we'd arrived late, the check in was distant, at another property blocks away...it was for just a night, so we toughed it out.

No personnel on property to check in ; needed to find our way to another property

location was good! apartment was good two bedrooms two baths

property was VERY dirty; showers and toilet needed repairs, pots , pans, dishes, silverware dirty! Lightbulbs now working! No operating instructions for any item in apartment but lots of instructions about “don’t do’s” . needs DEEP cleaning.
