Would not recommend.

Really nothing. There were no plugs for sink or tub. The air conditioner never shut off. The towels were so thin. The room was so dark. Forgot the bathroom had no grab bars or place to even hang towels. Very dingy. We were told we would be reimbursed for last night that we weren’t going to stay but so far no reimbursement. Fit the place

enjoyed the stay very near restaurants and shops and the beach!

loved the location! right in the middle of everything. right across the street from Stingrays! we walked to everything while we were there!

no view on the backside where we were. there is a big hotel between the hotel and the beach. the little coffee maker in the room was for a plastic filter pack but they left us the old fashioned paper coffee packs

It was wonderful.

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and very affordable place to stay Sandcastle Inn is it. The location is perfect. You can park your car and not move it until you are ready to leave. Check in isn't until 4:00 but if you arrive early they will give you your parking pass. This past Saturday we arrived around 1 PM because wanted to get on the island before they closed the streets for the parade. Not only did we get our parking pass but our room was ready.

The location was good. There was a lot of needed repairs.

It needed updated and cleaned better. The fire detector was hanging by the wiring.

It was a pleasant experience in which I got what I paid for.

Low cost, free parking, close walk to the beach. Staff was friendly and nice.

Floors weren’t clean, sheets had some spots on them, and only gave three towels and wash rags for 3 people to stay for 4 nights so had to ask for more.

I wouldn't come back again unless it was my only option on Tybee.

Was able to book a room on two hours notice.

The linens on the bed were as thin as tissue. The pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The lowest quality bedding I've ever seen, showing that every corner has been cut. The room was clean but bare bones and battered. This is a total econo-box motel, not hotel.

Location is perfect. Staff is friendly.

Humidity caused everything to be damp. I would suggest putting dehumidifiers in rooms. TV had some channels with no sound and some channels with no picture. Lots of mildew buildup in bathroom.

The room was clean and quiet, close to everything.

Would have liked to have a few blankets for the beds and an extra roll or two of bathroom tissue- we nearly ran out before our stay was up.

Please go somewhere else

I booked to stay for Wednesday-Sunday. We only stayed one night. The beds were uncomfortable, floors were nasty. Had to be changed to a different room as soon as we checked in because the sink was clogged and full of nasty water. I went to the front desk and checked on the next day and still have not received my refund for the room, it's been almost 2 weeks.

The pool was great and the proximity to resturants and the beach and pier were good. The rooms were clean but small. The beds were small. I thought the mattress was comfortable but my wife didn't. It was a cheap room and for me that's what counts. I'm just gonna sleep there anyway.

No phone in the room and no clock. So if you gonna need a wake up call, stay elsewhere. The staff were nice but slow. No breakfast, but if you are looking for a clean cheap room, that's what it is. I would stay there again

it was super close to the beach. Hotel was in great walking distance to a gas station and also a great breakfast joint.

parking was a nightmare. Not enough spots had to park across the road at the sister hotel and walk about a block away. Then had to race to get an open spot the next morning.

Very relaxing beach trip, after a harried and stressful roadtrip overall.

I like that it was clean, and the pet fee for our dog was very reasonable. It felt like the room was in transition — there were some much needed upgrades and fixes that were obviously done, and more that still need to be done. Also, the location was excellent!

The shower water never really got hot.

Room had an odor gave me sweet spray to use but I have allergies to sweet spray, TV volume didn't work, not a good thing when you have something an adult wants to watch and not good when children want to watch TV because it was raining. Internet was slow or just wouldn't work so kids couldn't even use I pad to watch. Lady at the front desk the next day was pretty rude and the lady that was cleaning rooms stood next to the lady at the front desk putting her 2 cents in, even when I went in with my phone while talking to Priceline she followed me back in. She hung around both rooms to hear what we were saying. She went to my daughter's room while she was packing up asking for a tip then asked for one of her Dr Peppers. She said "I see them they are right there". So my daughter gave her one. My daughter closed her door and came to my room and the housekeeper walked in right behind her and looked at me and said my manager is going to be mad because I won't get a tip. Do WHAT. I hadn't even finished packing but with that being said, I said well at least you don't half to clean the tub.

Room that didn't smell. TV and Internet that worked, And people at the desk to be nicer and NO one walking into the room talking about a tip and asking for your sodas. I guess with her helping herself to what knowing what was in the room I'm glad I left she could have helped herself to anything. Not good.
