Great location excellent views comfortable and would stay again.

A great location and comfortable. However, there was little in the way of books, board games etc which would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

Ensure there are adequate essential items.

Pretty good overall. Comfortable, great views and well located.

good view, most of the amenities were good. Location walking distance from the Southern Cross Terminal, well located as you could access south bank and also the CBD quite easily.

Noise from the street and from the neighbours during a party was easy to hear due to windows probably only being single glazed. Poor layout and design of the bedroom next to the bathroom meant you could hardly walk around the bed (50cm space) to get to the small desk and wardrobe. Lack of hooks in the bathroom like many hotels.

A great stay.

This booking fulfilled all our needs. Although we mostly moved around on foot, there was quick and easy access to the free trams. The host was fantastic adjusting timeframes to meet our changing needs. The location was handy for all the places we went. The apartment was comfortable and as described. It was nice being out on the balcony although the weather made this minimal. I would recommend.

Location good but wont stay again

Restaurants near accommodation were great

Property, not a Penthouse, in my opinion, beds are doubles, not Queens. No room to walk around beds. The door off the balcony into the bedroom didn't lock so unsafe and when rained water would come through leaving a puddle to clean in the morning. The note that if we had anyguestst we would be evicted immediately was not expected

Spectacular views, amazing apartment equipped with everything you need!

Amazing location, close to Southbank, Crown Casino and Melbourne Exhibition Centre. Incredible views day and night from the balcony. It was exactly what we were looking for, and would definitely stay again.

We didnt want to leave!!

Location was perfect, just a small walk to the trams, trains and a supermarket. Beautiful view at night time, super friendly host and we'd love to come back again.

Views even better than the photos and all the luxuries required for a special stay in Melbourne!

Best views in Melbourne and total privacy on the massive Yarra facing balcony. Views from virtually the entire apartment. Great location to explore Melbourne CBD, Southbank and Docklands area. Friendly and efficient communications with host. Thoughtful extras left in the kitchen for our stay.

Overpriced for the location and unhappy with the quality of the building common areas and loud neighbours.

Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer were very good. BBQ worked and outside area was great.

Dirty foyer and big groups of young people staying at the property. Very noisy party underneath us was frustrating with loud music past midnight making sleepless night with children. No oil or butter meant had to go out to buy to cook. not many cooking utensils. Needs some large cooking knives.

Incredible, best getaway in Melbourne. Easy to desk write and great spot / view.

Very comfortable, had lots of extras to make the stay easy, incredible view with large outdoor area. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Parking including and great spot to access local attractions.

No dislikes but I could suggest a bigger tv, complementary tissues and an inflatable spa would make this place even better!

A great apartment backed up with super service made it a really special stay

The apartment has an awesome view that you can enjoy from the balcony as well as master bedroom, living area and kitchen, thanks to the full length windows. Beautifully appointed with super comfy beds. Easy key handover and great service. Highly recommended!

Awesome Views! Great Location! Perfect for a weekend get away!

The friendliness between host, the easy, always available to answer questions upcoming to my stay. When we needed to stay an extra night was very acommodating too!
