Our Stunning remodeled home features 3 bedroom, 2 bath + bonus room which makes for a great getaway with everything you need! TV’s with cable in each bedroom + a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and dining room. There is a private backyard with covered patio & grassy play area. It’s hard to travel with some of the items for little ones so for your convenience there is a stroller, pack-n-play and a highchair. Great location just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale’s restaurants, shopping, boutiques and galleries. It doesn’t get any better than this!
*Traveling with a dog? No problem. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $200 non refundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home.
Make yourself at home! As you walk in the door you are greeted by the living room that has a sofa, a chair plus an oversized chair with 50” flat screen Smart TV with cable. The dining area has seating for 6 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is really the heart of the home so we have everything you need to prepare your meals at home or enjoy grilling burgers or steaks out on the covered back patio that’s just off the kitchen. The patio has outdoor seating to hang out and a gas BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking needs! Just off the living room is a bonus room where everyone can enjoy the ESPN 4 in 1 Game table w Air Hockey, Billiards, Ping Pong & basketball.
The first bedroom has a King size bed, 32” TV with cable and private bathroom with single sink and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and 32” TV with cable and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 32” TV with cable.
There is also access to a full size washer and dryer during your stay. The guest bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combo.

Everything at the property worked and the host was responsible. The area is technically Scottsdale, but very close to Tempe and Phoenix, so the area was not as nice as what we would have expected.

Beautiful home on a quiet street. Well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed to prepare our holiday dishes. Comfortable beds and pillows. Kids LOVED that there was a pool table that converted to other games! There were also board games to play around the large dining table. Very family friendly. Felt like home. Host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Perfect for our needs.
We had our 2 adult sons visiting and are remodeling our house about a mile away. This VRBO was comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed.
Even though there were no children in our party, we noticed there were children's items available.
We had our 12 year old Pug with us and she loved the little grassy spot. It was nice to have a dog friendly spot. The carpet did smell like there have been a lot of pets, but...it was a pet property.
We had a really nice time in this VRBO.

Scottsdale Getaway
We spent a lot of time at the house within the week we were there visiting family in the area. The benefits were: 1) well stocked kitchen 2) grill 3) covered patio 4) 1 level 5) very roomy for family gatherings. We will check availability for this property for out next visit.

Great house and Location
We stayed at house for entire month of February. Had no issues. Berne was great for any questions. Right between Scottsdale Old Town and ASU campus life. Would definitely stay again

House was beautiful and welcoming and had all the comforts of a home. Backyard was great for my dog and kids to play around in and the house was spacious. Neighborhood was very quiet and close to many stores working a few miles. We highly recommend and plan to book again whenever we may return to visit Arizona.

The house is great. It has everything you'd need for an extended stay. Kitchen is well stocked. The king bed is very comfortable. Close to both Tempe and Scottsdale. Pagao Park is near by as well and is a great place to take the dogs. House was very clean upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay at this house and felt at home.
The only negative is the neighbors. The house next door seems to be the hang out place for all the neighborhood kids, and we've asked them several times not to play in the driveway because they're very loud and skateboard next to the cars. If you plan a long term stay, and will be working from home, this is very irritating. I realize this is out of the control of iTrip, but still something to note.

Great house for our family of 5! Very clean and in good condition. Nice, small backyard for kids to play in as well. We had one small maintenance issue that was fixed within a couple hours of emailing, which was much appreciated! Would stay again.

Great for Bachelor Party
We stayed here for a bachelor party of eight people and the house provided plenty of room. It was a ten minute car ride to Old Town and fifteen-twenty minutes to the airport. The house has two queen bedrooms and two twin beds in one room, while the living room is open with the kitchen and has a mini pool table in a room off the living room.

We rented this house with our adult son and 2 grandchildren. We also had 2 dogs. The house was very clean and appears to have been recently renovated. We had plenty of room, with a good size yard for my dogs. The location was close to everything. Would stay again.

Nice property
We stayed here for 6 weeks during a hone renovation. The property is exactly as advertised. It is newly remodeled and very clean. The neighborhood feels safe and is a short drive to Scottsdale shopping and restaurants. It is also very convenient to the freeway. The owner/management company were very responsive to our messages and took steps to immediately correct a minor issue with an appliance. Overall, we were very pleased with the property.
