You will truly feel like you have reached a special oasis, as you enter the incredible tropical grounds with fountains, ponds, paths, cabanas with gas BBQs, 2 pools and 2 jacuzzi, full workout room, large practice putting green and gated condominium complex. Our unit has one of the better locations on the property. You do not have to cross the parking lot to get to the pool and beautiful fountain area. You can even enjoy the sound and view of the fountain from looking out our patio to the side. (Not a direct view).
Location: Close to everything: 3 miles to ASU, under 10 minutes to Sky Harbor Int. Airport, Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. Papago park is across the street. The botanical garden and zoo are on the other side of Papago park. The ASU baseball stadium is easy walking distance, (just down the street).
Enjoy the comfort and charm of this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo all on one floor. All the conveniences you will need for a week, month to year stay. Enjoy your own private free Wifi service and digital cable through Youtube TV.
In the kitchen you will find all you will need to entertain and cook anything from simple to gourmet. It is stocked with a blender, toaster, microwave, kreuig coffee maker, several different sets of dishes and glass ware to choose from, all the pots and pans you will need, along with measuring cups, cheese shredder, knifes, lemon and lime juicers, bake ware and more.
Off the kitchen you will find the laundry room. There is a full size washer and dryer with hooks to dry clothes on if you desire.
Both bedrooms have large walk in closets and tub/showers in each bath. You will find a king bed in one bedroom and 2 queen beds in the other bedroom. Please message for exceptions to 4 people max.
We recently installed the best water filter you can buy on the market. The water out of our faucets is better than water you can buy bottled. It has a ph level of 8.5. It takes out the bad chemicals and leaves in the good nutrients and it has a pure clean taste, (unlike water with no filter in AZ). You will not need to buy any water for your stay.
This unit is on the second floor in a three story building. (At times, you do hear some noise from above. This noise is not in excess, but we want you to know it's not a perfectly quiet unit. We also ask that renters be courteous of the owners below with soft walking and no loud parties.)
The living room area has 2 comfortable couches with a large coffee table and a large flat screen tv and a wireless printer. The dining table sits off the living area and kitchen area and has seating for 6 people.
From the outdoor patio, you relax in comfortable chairs and hear and see the the fountains and lush landscape that gives the ambience of a tropical island.
PETS: unfortunately due to the condo association and due to allergies, we can not accept pets of any kind.

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. The gated grounds were well maintained, quiet, and the parking spot is close to the unit. The hosts answered all of my questions promptly. The condo is in a very central area—everything is easy to get to. We stayed for a month in the summer and the property was cool, comfortable, and well stocked. It was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. This place was very comfortable and nice. Great convenience to have two full bathrooms also! Nice comfortable chairs to sit on the outdoor patio. It was great to have two pools. Only seven minutes from the airport and eight minutes from the Phoenix zoo. Just centrally located where it’s convenient to everything! Also if I had a question owners were very responsive. Definitely would recommend!

First off our hosts were exceptional before and during our trip. They were readily available for any questions we had and had lots of suggestions for us.
The grounds were lovely. Well maintained, the pool and gym facilities were great.
The unit itself definitely needs updating.
The area was central if you had a vehicle. The light rail is a 25 minute walk and the bus was a 5 minute walk. There really is very limited restaurants or shopping within walking distance which the hosts do specify.

We were in AZ for a women’s golf tournament and we were so lucky to have found this place. Great hosts, great space, super comfortable, and perfect location around the block from Papago Golf Course where we spent 4 days. Thank you Charlotte and Lauren for being so attentive with all my questions. Appreciate everything you’ve done to make this place our home away from home! Planning on attending the event in 2025.

We were in town for a wedding and have friends and family in the area, this was centrally located and minutes to everywhere we needed to be.
Unit was clean, warm and welcoming and just as described in the listing oh and the pictures are accurate and not misleading at all.

The owner, Charlotte was so nice and very responsive with communication. The condo was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. It is stocked with more than you can imagine….everything but the food. The gazebos in the pool area are so nice and clean - complete with gas grills and table/chairs…..we used them several times and it was so relaxing to sit out there while grilling in the evening by the pool. Book this condo, you won’t be disappointed!

We stayed here while in town touring ASU and UofA with our teens. The home was clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. The hosts were highly communicative and helpful. We enjoyed time at the pool and hot tub, and having the kitchen and laundry amenities as well. The extended stay options were also amazing, allowing us spend as much time as possible enjoying Arizona until our flight left!

I have stayed here multiple times with my sister and, as always, it was thoroughly enjoyable. Always has everything we need and I love the early check in and late check out. We will definitely stay again and will probably even try another property of theirs due to the wonderful experience we keep having with this one. We have not once had an issue with anything lacking or anything not working. The property has water flowing, and a pool and friendly neighbors.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your adorable condo!! It had absolutely everything we needed down to a cooler and floaties to take to the pool. The property is gorgeous and very safe with the locked gates. Located very convenient to downtown. Although those were the hottest temperatures we have ever experienced the accommodations more then made up for it!! Highly recommend to stay here and cannot wait to come back. Amazing communication with the host and so helpful to check in/out early or later! Thank you!!

We stayed here during our son's graduation week from Arizona State. It is centrally located, close to Phoenix SkyHarbor Airport, close to ASU and within short driving distance of Scottsdale as well (15 mins). Well maintained, comfortable with lots of amenities. Charlotte and Lauren (hosts) were wonderful to work with and very easy to contact. Would go back or recommend in a heartbeat.

The Baker property was by far the best VRBO property that I've ever stayed at. From the onset, Charlotte and her daughter, Lauren, responded to my questions immediately, making my life much easier, especially since my husband & I were going to AZ for our daughter's wedding. The decor of the condo is exceptional, and one would think that you were staying in a "model" home except for the fact that you really feel like you are at home when you are staying there. The condo is also in a perfect location in the complex~ It is near the gorgeous fountain area, swimming pool, golf putting area, club house, and even the guest parking space! BTW~ The complex is less than 5 miles from the airport and Old Town & I highly recommend that you check out this property when you are in AZ! It's fantastic!

Excellent property. Exactly as described, lots of room for the four of us. Convenient location, very smooth checkin process and timely responses from the owners when needed. The property was well supplied with all the basic necessities- this is extremely helpful. Facilities at the property included pool, games room and workout equipment - all very useful. Property owners checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The beds are super comfortable. We also really appreciate the flexible checkin and checkout times. No need to rush on your day of departure. Would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you.

We enjoyed our visit to the Phoenix area at this condo. It met all of our expectations with a friendly and accommodating owner, well equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. The location was perfect and close to many things like Tempe Beach Park where we went often since two of us were racing in the Ironman. We loved exploring Papago Park right across the street and the short drive to Scottsdale.

This place was perfect and located in a nice location near Papago Park and near downtown Tempe and Scottsdale. All we needed for a great vacation. The communication with the person renting the property was great as well.

Our family took a week vacation to drop off our daughter to college at GCU. The condo was only 15 minutes away, and it was in a great location. We have family that lives in Mesa, so we were able to visit with them as well during our trip. It seemed like every time we wanted to go somewhere it was usually 20 minutes to a half an hour away. We enjoyed going to the pool. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, but even when there were other people there, it was never very crowded. We watched the sunrise at Hole in the Rock, which was beautiful. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the bicycles, but hopefully we will be back again and can use them next time. Love the decor in the condo, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us! Can't wait to visit again soon.

We rented this property as we were moving our oldest child to ASU. This condo is a gem! It is clean, well stocked. The hosts thought of anything and everything that one could possibly need. For being close to the airport, air traffic noise is NOT a concern at all. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. It is a short 10 minute drive to ASU Tempe and Costco. Papago Park walking trail is across the street. We enjoyed the pool after a day of shopping for dorm supplies or hiking. My daughter used the work out room at the club house, which also has a pool table and ping pong table.
The hosts were very responsive to any questions. The WiFi was good and you can log in to your Netflix or Hulu account on smart TV

We had the most perfect stay. You seriously thought of everything! My husband and adult son and I, stayed during a seminar and Martial ArtsTournament.
Our seminars went so smoothly as we had a beautiful home to regroup in. Our son earn the title of World Champ in his event. Yay! Being able to have home cooked meals and a quiet place to get into the right mind set was pivital.
The pool was beautiful. Not quite used to pool water being so warm as we are from the midwest but it was still relaxing to use it . We shot a few holes on the putting spot. Good thing we do martial arts!LOL! It was fun.

The perfect vacation rental. This condo is in a very nice community and has great amenities. Pool, clubhouse and community covered patios for grilling and relaxing. Location of this condo is perfect. You won’t go wrong with this rental. Owners are very responsive to any needs.

This property is gated, nicely located by major highways, airport, etc. The beds are very comfortable, was clean, and had a box fan (which we enjoyed being from MN and not used to the hot AZ weather) and they have extra pillows and bedding for those of us who use more than the normal amount of pillows. Wifi was easy to use, and parking was a breeze. This is up a flight of stairs and no elevator, but that is explained on their description-that was the only problem for my husband with a bad knee. I would recommend them-very nice, clear communication and it is very nicely decorated and home feeling! Thank you!
