Comfortable, clean motel with great staff. The Continental breakfast in the lobby bar was a nice touch.
Great staff easy check in. The courtyard seating and vibe. Loved the campfire and s’mores. Cold water in the fridge. Use of local soaps and shampoo in the rooms not cheap tiny plastic bottles. Value for what you paid . The lobby bar is a great gathering space.

it was ok and way overpriced
The staff was kind. The hotel is nicely located. The entrance is nice, 70s look. The bath/shower was really clean. The whole room & hotel was clean.
The room cost +/- 450$/night for a room with Ikea furnitures. We couldnt close one of the drawer as it keeps getting stuck. One other drawer was tough to open. Maybe these are details but this is the price of a luxury hotel... You cant see the temperature of the A/C, its only on the screen of the machine and the machine is 7feet+ in the air with plants hanging from the ceiling in front of it? Because I couldnt see what temperature it was I accidentally change the a/c mode to heating. Immediately an odor of fire came out and the fire alarm went off at 11pm. Panic indeed. I had to climb to see what was going on with the A/C and finally put it on A/C at 20° celcius. (There is no screen on the remote) The A/C is doing really weird and very LOUD noises in the middle of the night. It was impossible to sleep, it kept waking us up so we had to close it but the room became hot... One night the room next to us did all sorts of noises until 2h30 AM like screaming, banging and laughing, I could hear their conversations (not the hotel's fault but we arent the walls isolated/soundproof) I texted the number of the concierge they said to use in case we'd need anything explaining the whole situation and I havent received a follow up or anything saying they would talk with the room next to us. Disappointing. The paint of the bathroom ceiling is falling apart. The door of the bathroom gets straight on the toilet nothing to keep it from banging on it. The doorframes are old and crooked. The toilet seat doesnt fit on the toilet and it keeps on sliping while youre sitting on it. No netflix on the TV, only cable and movies to rent directly to the hotel as if we were in the 90's? I guess I was expecting more for the price.

Warm & Welcome stay in the County
Booked at the June Motel super last-minute: we had just gotten back from Orlando and wanted to get some more mature mini-break after a week of theme parks. From the moment we booked, I received warm texts welcoming us and got a friendly welcome at reception. We were greeted with Rosé for my husband and I and our son, a glass of kombucha. We were given the code to our room which was ready for us upon arrival. The room was super-cute. Well appointed, stylish decor. the bedding/pillows and beds were comfortable and freshly made. The room had a cute retro fridge, with chilled water inside and some small milkers for coffee/tea. There was a gorgeous kettle and bespoke teas adbd instant coffee, some wine glasses and a cork screw, the washroom was clean and well-stocked with some really nice local-made essential oil soaps. Our son made quick use of the TV and free-wifi, while we got ready for our fondue night at the Eddie PEC. In the morning: there was a thermal bag waiting outside our door at 8am that was filled with energy bites, hand-made oatmeal cartons and orange juices. Check out was a breeze. I also reached out to the property after our stay about a hand-sanitizer they had in the lobby for use, and they responded immediately and gave me the contact of the local company who makes it (Toast Naturals in Smoke). It’s just really nice to go somewhere where you can tell people care about and someone has really thought about what would make a lovely stay.
That we could only stay for one night.

The hotel was conveniently located and was a cute place to stay. We will return again in the summer.
The decor and concept of the motel was cute. The little extras provided like the fire & s’mores in the evening, the welcome drink, the breakfast cooler in the morning were a nice touch . The beds were comfortable, & The Happy Birthday note and chocolate was a nice touch on arrival as well. Kaitlin from the front desk was very welcoming as well.
I would recommend a bedside light for each bed. Our television didn’t work well either and we didn’t realize it until after 10pm when we went up.
