Quiet 110 m² large and sunny, light-flooded apartment on the southern slope with excellent and absolutely unobstructed all-round view.

Our apartment is in an absolutely quiet location right at the beginning of the Bregenzerwald with a wonderful view to the Alps.
Nevertheless, the apartment is very conveniently located and offers the possibility of numerous excursions.
You can reach the beautiful Lake Constance with the city of Bregenz in about 20 minutes. The nearby Switzerland with the Swiss shore of Lake Constance, the Appenzeller Land and the Allgäu with the island of Lindau are only a stone's throw away.
We are aware of a certain oil responsibility, so we heat our central heating with the renewable raw material wood, our spring water comes from our own mountain spring and contains no chlorine. Instead, it is treated with UV light. That is why it has a high drinking quality and is balm for the skin. (It is also checked twice a year independently) and we obtain our electricity from hydropower.

Philipp welcomed us and showed us the property with calmness and care. Took the time, which was very nice. The appartement itself is roomy, well equipped and very comfortable. The view from te balcony is tremendous! Also nice hiking just out of the frontdoor. We had a fantastic week. Our daughters, 4 and 7 years didn't want to leave at all. Thank you Philipp.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet und mit einem sagenhaften Ausblick vom Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und eine erholsame Zeit verbracht . Der Check -In und Check-Out verlief beim Gastgeber Philip reibungslos. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Alberschwende ca 2 km entfernt . Diese Ferienwohnung werden wir auf jeden fall weiter empfehlen.

Ruhige Lage mit super Ausblick
Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Philipp herzlich begrüßt, der uns sofort die Wohnung gezeigt und alle wichtigen Informationen mitgegeben hat. Die Wohnung selber war sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber, groß und von der Terrasse hat meinen einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Fragen oder Problemen wurden von Philipp umgehend gelöst.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in wunderbarer Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung von Philipp ist wirklich klasse. Nicht nur, dass sie top ausgestattet ist und sehr gemütlich sondern sie ist wirklich sehr geräumig, so dass man genug Platz hat sich auszubreiten.
Die Küche hat mehr Küchengeräte als wir selber Zuhause haben und auch Technisch fehlt es an nichts..zwei Fernseher sowohl in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer als auch im Wohnzimmer. Zusätzlich ein Gäste WC sowie nicht zu vergessen der große Balkon mit tollem Blick durch das Tal!
Im Wohnzimmer finden sich sehr viele Flyer, Bücher und Broschüren mit schönen Ausflugszielen in der Region und Österreich allgemein. Hier kann man sich super Ideen holen.
Auch der Kontakt zu Philipp war sehr nett. Ein sehr herzlichen und entspannter Vermieter, der stehts zur Stelle ist, wenn man ein Problem hat.
Wir können die Wohnung in dieser wirklich schönen Umgebung nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung
In dieser Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und die Elektroausstattung ist top modern, mit u.a. großen Fernsehern in Wohn- und einem Schlafzimmer, sowie Computer und gut funktionierendem WLan. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, Küche mit separatem Essplatz, geräumiges Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern, Bad und Toilette. Großer Balkon mit toller Fernsicht. Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoß des Hauses. Stellplatz für das Auto im Hof. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmals für die Gastfreundschaft!
Nach Mellau zum Skifahren benötigt man knapp 30 min, nach Bregenz/Dornbirn 20min. 5min mit dem Auto nach Alberschwende, dort ist Bäcker und Supermarkt vorhanden.
Kann die Ferienwohnung sehr weiter empfehlen!

Es ist eine schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung .
Sie liegt sehr ruhig, die Kinder (9/7) hatten Spaß den kleinen Wald und den Bachlauf zu erkunden.
Der kleine Skilift im Dorf unten ist perfekt für Anfänger und mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich im Kontakt .
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .

Super Ferienwohnung
Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung des Herrn Schneider eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus liegt am Berg mit einem unverbauten Blick in die Berge. Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung kann man nur Positives berichten. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden, sowohl in der Küche als auch in den anderen Zimmern. Die Zimmer der Wohnung sind genau so wie im Internet beschrieben dargestellt. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Eine kleine freundl. Anmerkung hätten wir dennoch. Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn noch ein epaar separate Haken für die Handtücher( ggf. neben den Waschbecken) im Bad vorhanden wären, damit man die Handtücher irgendwie getrennt aufhängen kann. Leider waren die reichlich vorhandenen Handtücher alle weiss u. daher schlecht zu unterscheiden, wem welche nach dem duschen und aufhängen dann gehören.
(Wir waren zu 4., zwei getrennte Familien) Wir haben uns dann mit eigenen Saug- und Türhaken etwas beholfen,da nicht alles auf den Handtuchtrockner passte.
Also diese Ferienwohnung können wir nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Hiermit bedanken wir uns nochmals recht herzlich bei Herrn Schneider, den wir als sehr aufgeschlossen und herzlich empfunden haben und werden sicher unseren Urlaub nochmals bei ihm verbringen.

Einge große und sehr saubere Wohnung. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nicht zu vergessen: mit sehr netten Gastgebern.
Von Alberschende aus können innerhalb von weniger als 30 MInuten der Bodensee, Bergbahnen, Schwimmbäder erreicht werden. Als Startpunkt für unsere Ausflüge war das ideal.

Eine unserer erholsamsten Urlaubswochen
Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben, sehr groß, sehr sauber, gemütlich und einmalig umfangreich ausgestattet. Wir haben dank der guten Betten und der Ruhe hervorragend geschlafen. Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl und auch bei schlechterem Wetter ist es nicht schlimm auch mal in der Wohnung etwas Zeit zu verbringen. Die Wohnung war schön warm, es waren viele Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung und Zerstreuung vorhanden.
Der sehr freundliche Vermieter war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit.
Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Geheimtip ist für mich das Skigebiet Alberschwende, sehr ruhig und fast keine Wartezeiten am Lift, da kann man dann auch mal schön üben.
Wir kommen auch bestimmt wieder.

Perfekte und günstige Ferienwohnung
Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir von dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter empfangen, der uns alles erklärte.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt mit einfach Allem ausgestattet, war sehr sauber und hat einen einmaligen Rundumblick. Dank der sehr guten Betten und der Ruhe haben wir bestens geschlafen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal für viele unterschiedliche Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns bestens in der Ferienwohnung von Herrn Schneider erholt. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend Urlaub machen, werden wir bestimmt wieder hier her kommen.

Situated on a hill side with uninterruped views across the valley and to the mountains in the distance, one could hardly take one's eyes away from the wonderful outlook.
The spacious apartment was extremely comfortable and peaceful with many extras to enjoy, such as an enormous wide screen tv, a coffee machine full of beans, a breadmaker, which we did not have time to make use of, and a computer.
The beds were extremely comfortable, very welcome after a hard day sightseeing and walking. An added bonus was the guest card which gave us free rides on public transport, on many cablecars and other reductions.
We will definitely return to this corner of paradise and the friendly and helpful host. The apartment was well worth the money.
