Loved the location! Our family had the best time and never had to use our cars. Shopping, restaurants and beach are steps away.

For us it was an Easter break getaway.
House was a good size for the 3 of us and right on the beach. The condo is right where you enter to go to the Dunes so it may be noisy or busier at the height of the season, but it was not while we were there (mid-April).
Communication with Dirk was good.
We really didn't spend much time in the condo, everything seemed to work fine.
I think if we came back to the Dunes we'd rent this property again.

We really enjoyed this property. Great house with very cool artistic details. Its right at the entrance to the Oceano Dunes so its great if you want to cruise the beach or have a fire and relax. We would definitely love to return to this property.

Quiet Comfortable place with amazing ocean views

The highlight of the property is it's location. You literally cross a small driveway and step onto the sand from your back patio. The owner was very responsive to my texts and calls. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would rent the space again in the future.

This property is right on the beach with beautiful view of dunes and ocean waves. The location is near an entrance to the beach so lots of cars are coming and going; I was concerned there would be a lot of noise but the location is quiet and relaxing. The condo is uniquely decorated and well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook a Christmas Eve Feast. The only draw back was neighbors smoking on their outdoor patios and the cigarette odor. We would definitely rent this lovely condo again.

Everything in the property was well maintained and clean. We loved being so close to the beach and dunes. Dirk was super helpful both times I contacted him, once prior to booking and once when checking in.

This property exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was ideal for my family of seven (six adults and one 16 yrs old). The three full bathrooms were a plus to have as well as the TVs with cable in all the rooms. The view of the beach from the patio was awesome and the access to the beach was just a few step away. I am already thinking renting it for the next summer trip. Thanks again Dirk for the privilege to rent this place.

We loved out stay here. I found the property unique with the park entrance right next door. But access to the beach, parking, and the amenities of the properties were all fantastic! We would stay again.

Everything seemed meticulously kept and the home was warm and welcoming. The owner replied if I had question right away and was very polite and friendly. Being so close to the dunes was great!

Wonderful place to stay! We loved the condo and the location. Right on the sand, great sunsets, and serene beauty. Very clean, well stocked with all the necessities, close to town, and close to downtown Pismo. We loved it so much we booked for the summer 2022!

Wonderful place to stay! We loved the condo and the location. Right on the sand, great sunsets, and serene beauty. Very clean, well stocked with all the necessities, close to town, and close to downtown Pismo. We loved it so much we booked for the summer 2022!

Walking into this beautiful beach front made me feel like was stepping into a talavera art gallery. Everything was so tastefully placed and decorated we did not want to leave the house. We loved how the kitchen cabinets had fun and funny pictures placed inside the doors. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and even the sticks you use to make smores. Bathrooms were a very good size with plenty of towels and hand soap. this location is actually in front of Oceano Dunes and that made it even more fun. There is enough room for 8 adults very comfortably and plenty of extra blankets in the cabinets. The rooms had plenty of room and the master bedroom had a balcony to oversee the ocean. Great spot to just relax and enjoy. We are making plans in coming back soon.

Almost Perfect
We had a great time relaxing on our vacation, we were literally steps from the beach and the place was nicely decorated.
Pros: The property manager, Peri Kost was absolutely fantastic. She was kind, personable, considerate and responsive.
The view was amazing.
Cons: Wifi was disconnected. This was tough because none of the TVs in the townhouse work unless there is Wifi. If after a long day you want to cook a good meal and watch a movie, you wouldn't have been able to without using our own hotspot.
House rules are written in a tone that doesn't at all reflect the experience we had (they actually scared me at first). I would recommend getting them BEFORE committing to and paying for the rental. Have a conversation about what's possible with the property manager, and you will feel a lot more comfortable renting.
All in all, we had a wonderful time and were so glad we stayed.

Great location! Beds very comfortable! Awesome kitchen! Only complaint is needs better dusting ( wine glasses were very dusty). Also beware the hot water comes on right away and is very hot!! Overall41/2 *
