Beautiful view. Well equipped kitchen. Uncomfortable to relax in for any length of time

The view of the harbour

Uncomfortable and worn chairs and beds. Torn pillow protectors. Shards of glass on the floor from previous guests cut our feet on a couple of occasions. Location of TV (behind the bed and no couch to sit on) made it un-watchable. No replacement bin bags available. Too much light in the room to keep kids asleep once the sun is up. Black out option on all Bedroom windows would help.

Lovely apartment which overlooked the Marina. Local bar/restaurant was very nice for breakfast.

Two of the beds were located in the living space.

Lovely place but needs attention.

The views were wonderful. Nice and close to the bar and restaurant in the marina.

The apartment was advertised as 2 bedroom but it was 1 bedroom and 2 beds in the living area/kitchen. The lights under the kitchen presses don't work. The tv had no channels and the caretaker had to install an aerial. The floor near the sliding door needs attention. The kitchen and bathroom were top notch. Matresses need to be replaced/upgraded.

A lovely place - quite good value - I'd come back. Carlingford is a beautiful town. Scenic marina.

location, view, bed comfy, kitchen clean and well equipped. Some basics like salt and pepper and a bit of cooking oil would be nice - hard to bring everything from home.

Apartment was cozy, family friendly lovely location and views were beautiful from balcony .

Menu on the apartment wall displayed a different price than restaurant offered, needs to be updated very misleading, no problem paying but felt disappointed, so only used it once. Would definitely have returned to restaurant if we hadn't been misinformed. Bedroom/kitchen window needs more privacy on ground floor apartments. maybe more frosted glass , only a suggestion . Overall cleanliness was satisfactory, had a great time in Carlingford, would definitely return. All the above criticism is only meant so to improve the facility, Worth staying!

Good

Beautiful location, the balcony with picnic bench overlooking the marina made the apartment. Very quiet, with only a short walk into the very picturesque village and the greenway at your doorstep. Very compact accommodation, that was good value for money.

Lack of useful storage, 5 people stayed with only one small wardrobe, Would benefit greatly from some hooks for coats etc. And maybe a shelf in the bathroom. Could do with replenishing the saucepans, (2 pans, 5 lids, 1 fitted )but I used this as an excuse not to cook 😉

Ok but wouldn’t rebook

Nice location. Comfy beds. Nice to look over the water at the back.

Wasn’t very clean, lots of cobwebs. Lots of the furniture was tired and old (eg the bar stools). Very noisy at night as bedroom next to the front door which slams when closed

Excellent and idyllic place to stay

The location was perfect, a short walk out of the town but still close to all amenities. Very peaceful and everyone is very respectful, ideal to avoid the chaos of the hen parties in the town. The apartment was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, plenty of towels. Could not fault it.

The only thing I can think of and this is really picking at stuff, there was no shelving in bathroom or hooks to hang your towels in the bathroom. Also some tea and coffee would be nice. However there is a cafe next door which we discovered the next day as we arrived late.
