和を基調とした落ち着いた寛げるホテルです!

和を感じさせてくれるホテルで、居心地が非常に良かったです。スタッフの方たちの和装、素敵でした。設備もどこを見ても清潔感があり、大浴場も素晴らしかったです。食堂も清掃が行き届いていて、朝食のスタッフの方たちも料理の台の様子を確認したり、食べ終わった客の食器を笑顔で引き受けてくださってました。また来ます!

不満は何もございません。素晴らしいホテルです。

駅直結のロケーション。大浴場も良かったです。

このホテルに限った事では無いんですが、要望としてはサーキュレーターか扇風機も部屋に欲しいんです。この時期外泊すると必ず寝汗を大量にかくので。もしくは薄手のタオルケットを寝具として備えて貰えるとありがたいです。どの季節でも冬掛けの布団なので。

良かったです。

夕食を頂きました。豆腐のサラダ🥗、牛肉鍋？ご飯セットと🍶で満足。翌朝のバイキングは無料でしたが、有料にしても出来過ぎ！美味しくて満足です。佐原駅すぐで、ホットしました。大浴場も清潔で、🛏️も広く快適でした。

ルームにティッシュが無くて！トイレットペーパーで代用しました。

期待以上、予想以上にいいホテルでした！

フロントの方の対応が皆さんとても良かったです！

電車が好きな子供と宿泊したので、線路側で電車が見られるお部屋を期待していましたが、駐車場側で少し残念でした。

it is close to the train track, so I heard train noise though it did not bother me that much.

Good for a short stay

Friendly staff at the reception. The room was clean with 2 single beds, bathroom and amenities. Refrigerator and kettle available. Good japanese complimentary breakfast is included. Walking distance to the train station and tourist attractions. You can us the thermal spa until 2 am. Car Parking is situated in front of the hotel free of charge.

The mattress is a little bit hard.

Perfect place to stay in Sawara!

A hop skip and jump from the station. large rooms for Japan. Short walk to canal.

The bathroom in the rooms - the height of the ceiling (not the rooms) is low. I am 174cm and I was saying hello to the ceiling when showering! :-) There is a communal bath on the 1st floor which would be more comfortable for taller people.

Very highly recommended

Staying in this hotel was surprisingly nice! Price was reasonable, very clean, many utilities, delicious breakfast, amazing location (very near to river bank). Definite highly recommended!

Just what I needed before leaving to Narita airport.

The public bath in the hotel. The breakfast (great choice and good quality). The staff in general (even though my Japanese isn't good, one of the staff could speak in English).
