Welcome to Little Dairy Haven! This charming cottage is perfect for a romantic weekend getaway with a loved one or even alone. When you walk into the property, you will fall in love with the home’s country charm, beautifully and meticulously decorated to create an appealing ambiance, celebrating the property’s long history as a dairy farm. Little Dairy is set up as a studio but offers all the necessary amenities and a plush queen bed. The kitchenette includes a microwave, one hot plate, a standard coffee maker, and a mini-fridge; the home has Wi-Fi and a television set up so you can stay connected. (The Wi-Fi signal is intermediate and unsuitable for streaming or conferences; a hot spot is suggested.) The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a skylight to view the beautiful clear blue sky. The yard is fenced-in, so your furry friend can run around and enjoy the property as much as you do. The property also has a hot tub, which is great for all seasons. It is located in a historic Farmhouse Village built in the late 1920s, just a few blocks from town. You can take a nice scenic 5 min walk amongst the tall pines. Little Dairy Haven has it all: charm, romance, amenities, location, and significance.

This vacation rental is equipped with a window air-conditioning unit

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

Parking: Free parking is available for 1 vehicle (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2, we no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: There is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces) if available. Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $250-$500 on the day of arrival, depending on the home
