Fabulous holiday home

Sarah and Aaron were very helpful and friendly. The house was spacious and comfortable with two lounges which meant the adults and the kids could have their own space. It had good utility room with washing machine and dryer. The outside area was great for the kids and they adored the tennis court. The older ones were out there a lot of the time.

The showers weren’t powerful enough and having very thick hair it was a challenge to wash it and rinse properly.

It was very spacious and well appointed and apart from a few minor niggles it was absolutely wonderful.

A few very minor niggles - the downstairs double bed was uncomfortable; one of our party picked up a nasty splinter from the banister; the outside furniture could have been more comfortable

Nice spacious property in great location for visiting Suffolk’s beautiful coast and major sites

Would have welcomed a better range of cooking equipment. And a proper thermostatically controlled shower mixer. Saw no owner or staff throughout stay.
