About this apartment rental
Make our spacious 1500 sq ft condo your home base for exploring the Coachella Valley. We are members of the fitness center, so you have full access to the fitness center, main pool, tennis and pickle ball courts. We have had a great time furnishing, and decorating our condo to get it ready for guests. Our kitchen is well stocked to meet all your cooking needs. It’s our vacation getaway. We love it, and we hope you do too. IMPORTANT NOTES: Due to Homeowner's Association rules, this condo can only be rented for a minimum of 30 nights. The lessee does not need to occupy the property for the full 30 day period, but the term of the agreement must be 30 days. Please email us with any questions you may have. We look forward to hearing from you.

We had a very pleasant stay in Craig and Naomi’s condo on the golf course fairway in Indio. Check in was so well organized. The condo was supplied with all the basic necessities. The condo is spacious, the ensuite luxurious and the gas barbecue was awesome. We appreciated the hosts’ timely response to assist when needed. Thank you, Craig and Naomi.

We had a wonderful time at Craig and Naomi’s home! Check in was easy and we had all necessary information prior to our arrival. Covered parking was nice to have. Spacious home with well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor sitting area with grill that we utilized each day of our stay. Home was very clean and I am very critical of cleanliness. The linens were nice and plush and the master shower was very refreshing after long days at a music festival. We were able to walk to the festival each day and were thankful for the great AC when we returned! We did not take advantage of the pools, but walked by two of them within maybe a 4 minute walk. We would love to return for another stay in the future.

Loved Craig and Naomi's condo. Super location, beautiful space, super clean and very nicely appointed. Everything you could possibly want in a vacation rental - every item you wanted or needed was there. I would highly recommend the property and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Five Stars!!

This condo was just what we needed. We had a wonderful week in the desert. The home was thoroughly cleaned which is important during these Covid times. Looking for a well maintained 2 bedroom condo with all amenities? This is it. The host included everything you need for a stay. Well situated in Indio ( close to Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Joshua Tree). Great property.

Fantastic stay & hosts!
The house had everything and more that we needed to have a wonderful time in the area. It was great that the golf course and clubhouse were just one block away - so convenient. The host’s communication couldn’t have been better. He was so accommodating and friendly. We will be back!

The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and have a nice time with our family. The rooms were nicely decorated. The owners could not have been more communicative with us and the location was great for things that we wanted to do in that area. Will definitely come back again

Great place to stay.
This is the second time staying at this property. There is so much to do in the area. The home is everything we look for. I also enjoyed the membership to the Lifestyle Center or as I call it the gym. We were lucky this time because the Mountain Golf Course, the first fairway is behind the house, was closed. The cart path provided me with an excellent walking path. It is a nice loop with great views of some of the mountains. The whirlpool is just a short walk from the house, a nice place to relax after a walk around the Mountain Course.

Peaceful Oasis
The house was extremely comfortable, just what we needed to escape. It had all the comforts of home but with a relaxed vacation vibe.
Craig’s instructions were very clear so we had no problems getting in and out. He was also super responsive to our queries. Thanks for making our stay so easy so we could focus on having fun! Wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

This house was so perfect for a long weekend for a music festival! Super spacious, clean, comfortable beds and couches. Simple check in and out. A pool just steps across the street! The owners were so nice and always available. Walking to stagecoach was super easy and a pretty quick walk!

Great Condo, Great Vacation
We had a great five weeks at Craig and Naomi's condo. The condo was in excellent condition and very well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. The furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed many mornings on the patio watching the golfers go by on the first fairway. The condo is only two minutes from a nice pool and there are two more pools within five minutes walking time. The gated community was very nice for my daily walks.
We had several memorable excursions in the area including our first polo match, tennis at Indian Wells, arts festivals, Joshua Tree National Park lots of golf.
Craig and Naomi could not have been more responsive and easier to work with. All communication was answered almost immediately. We really appreciated all the help they gave us. If we make it back to the area, this would be the place we would want to stay.

Great stay at Indian Palms... we love this location and the condo was everything we could want. Very well equipped and loaded with the little things you would not expect like tissues, games, books, spices, honey... everything to make it perfect. Thank YOU Craig and Naomi!
