Home Details: Summer Place is a custom 3-bedroom cottage that has traditional Seaside Charm on the outside and complete luxury on the inside.
For those that choose not to wait in lines at local restaurants, Summer Place comes with a Chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero Appliances. Natural gas was brought in to run the six-burner range and the outdoor grill.
Top of the line televisions and custom sound system in the living, dining and kitchen controlled by your phone and music app of your choice.
There are 2 master bedrooms with King Beds, one down and one up. The kids' room is upstairs and has 3 Queen Beds. All of the mattresses are Heavenly™, by Westin Hotels. There are 4 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower that leads into one of the full bathrooms.
The washer and dryer are commercial rated and ready for beach towels and the sand. The water system is filtered 4 times with a whole house water filtration system. Both air conditioning systems use ultraviolet light to eliminate bacteria and mold in the air for better air quality. A huge screened in front porch to relax, drink your coffee and watch the world go by. Best of all, private parking for three cars!

The house was beautiful. Very clean, great location to town, safe neighborhood and Sandpiper was excellent to book through.

The location could not be better and the house is beautiful but the property is really not well prepared for guests. For how much you are paying a night they provide 2 dish detergent pods, 1 roll of paper towels, 1-2 trash bags, only 1 dish towel, etc. The refrigerator also leaked the entire time for us. We’ve have stayed in many Vrbo properties and this was by far the least accommodating for basic household needs. There is also no beach/pool towels which would have been nice. Unfortunately, we would probably not stay here again because there are too many other homes within a similar location and price point that likely supply you with basic needs of a home.

Summer Place was wonderfully located, spotless absolutely and beautifully decorated. Located within a short walk from both the Center and private beach, it really was the perfect family-friendly Spring Break getaway. The host was very responsive and considerate, and their guidebook was detailed, providing fantastic recommendations on local eateries, shopping and attractions. Overall, an amazing beach stay and we can’t wait to return!

We loved this property!!! It was very comfortable. It was clean. It had everything we needed and more!!! The location is prime!!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for allowing little pups to stay also. Our 6 lb yorkie loved it too!!

The property is amazing and it location is centrally located in Seaside with short walks to the restaurants and shopping areas.
I have no complaints about our unit. It was clean and ready for our family when we arrived. The interior is absolutely beautiful. The beds were very cozy. The neighborhood and unit is the definition of quaint. There were bikes to use. We didn’t have time to use them but everyone was out and about on their bikes. I felt that given the quality of the accommodations it was a good value.

This was our 2nd time to stay here, we love the home. Gorgeous interior and layout is perfect for big families. We had one issue in that we travelled with teens who are social butterflies and the neighborhood is very strict on curfew, but this wouldn’t be an issue for families with younger kids. Proximity to the town square is our favorite part of this home and neighborhood and overall we loved our stay!

This house was wonderful for our family. It is so close to all the stores and restaurants. The house is beautiful - so nice to have an extra bathroom downstairs. Very spacious for larger families! Would definitely rent this house again.

House is smaller than appeared on line. Master bedroom down stairs was very small no place for luggage but great master bath. Front Yard was a mess with lots of tall weeds, really a mess and back was covered with so many Magnolia leaves impossible to use the BBQ. Furniture was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. which they did within 24 hours. Patio furniture was filthy and moldy. Cleaners came the next evening, cleaned the inside nicely but outside was so wet we could not use them the entire time we were there, completely soaked. I stood the cushions up on end and water poured out of them for two days.
Other than that the kitchen was well stocked and great location. Better maintenance would have made this property great.

The home is absolutely beautiful and the sandpiper vacation rentals were wonderful. They responded quickly to questions I had prior to the trip. The home was super clean- had everything we needed for the week. The location was perfect- we walked or biked to most everyplace we went. We hired a chef to come to the home one day after a beach day and highly recommended. We used seagrove catering.

The pictures don’t do it justice! Gorgeous interior, layout of home is great. Location is perfect, easy walk right into the square and easy walk to private beach. Also the bedrooms are sound proof so if you have people making noise after you go to bed you don’t hear it. We slept great even with a house full of teens. Property manager is very responsive, they even came by when we got confused how to work the TV! Kids loved it & begged to stay longer. We’ll be back for sure.

Fantastic stay in Seaside Aug 2021
This house was like brand new and everyone loved it. We only had 6 people but it could easily hold more adults. It was so convenient to the beach and the central square. Our first day got rained out with tropical storm Fred but it didn’t matter because of the great house. We are already planning to come back next year and would definitely want yo stay here.

This home is in the perfect location to walk to all shops, restaurants, beaches. High-quality finishings and furniture. Could not have had a better stay in Seaside than in this house!
Kitchen is fully outfitted, comfortable bedding and the front porch is the best. Coffee in the morning or cocktails at night, this is where you want to be!!! If we ever come back to Seaside we’d stay here again

Great Location
We had a great time at this property. The size and layout worked great for our family. We loved the location, which was a 5 min walk to the beach or to shops in Seaside. The one thing I wish would have been a little better was the cleanliness of the living room. We found a half eaten cookie in the chair and popcorn kernels on the carpet. Other than those few "messes" the other rooms and places were clean. Even with that said, we really enjoyed our stay!

AMAZING HOUSE WALKING DISTANCE TO THE SEASIDE WATER !!!
This property was hands down wonderful.
The appliance alone were amazing. We love our sub zero refrigerator, and wolf brand stove, so going on vacation and being able to have access to appliances like that were pretty cool. All the beds were super comfortable and cozy. The house is clean, decorated beautifully. We can’t wait to be back this summer! I wished their was a ping pong table, or something for the teens to play with. They loved the bikes, but would have been awesome if there were something fun to do for teens on rainy days!
Overall wonderful experience. We loved our stay!

Prettier Than The Pictures
We had the best family trip ever at Summer Place! The house is absolutely gorgeous and in an ideal location in Seaside proper, only a very short walk to the beach and center of town. We loved Summer Place so much that we booked it again for next year before we left. Many thanks and blessings to Tammy and David for sharing their beautiful home. Perfect Seaside Home & Location!
This home is even better than it shows up on its listing! It is gorgeous! It’s a custom home with beautiful details! Kitchen is top of the line, bright and beautiful. As the pictures show there is plenty of room to eat and relax together without feeling cramped. Counter seating, full dining table, breakfast table with windows all around! The front porch feels like an extra room & it’s nice to watch the Seaside world walk & ride by! Beach is so close and so is the Circle! We will definitely stay here again if it’s available!

Hurricane Dorian Evacuation Vacation
Summer Place located in the town of Seaside, was just what our family needed during our Mandatory Evacuation/ Hurricane Dorian. Seaside is a piece of heaven, pristine beaches, friendly locals, fabulous beach town with charming shops, delicious cuisine, and white picket fences.
Summer Place is beyond perfection!!!~!! Tasteful decor, bathrooms were five star, linens five diamond resort quality, top of the line appliances, family and pet friendly, ( designer pet bowls and built in crate/designer pet bed). Casey, our Property Manager was knowledgeable and most kind and gracious with us during our stressful evacuation. Would definitely book Summer Place again...hopefully for our Family Spring Break 2020!

Pure awesomeness
This was our first time staying at seaside, and I loved the atmosphere of this small laid back beach area. I have teenagers and they loved riding bikes and hanging out around the town square. The house is in the perfect spot to walk to the village or beach. The house was beautiful and perfectly set up. I will be a repeat customer.❤️
